I am really lucky to have found this hotel on a deal through booking and stayed there with pleasure for 5 days. The room was super clean, the amenities were very good and the staff was super friendly and professional. It is located at a very nice area which made me feel safe and was really easy to commute through the metro.
I stayed with my family at H10 Hotels in Kudamm for one week and it was perfect!! We booked the junior suite for 3 persons. The room was big, clean, two double beds, kitchen and everything you could need on a trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast perfect and very well organised. The location also was excellent, in the heart of the city and next the the entrance of the hotel was the Underground.
We've stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. First the door in our bathroom was stuck, after 2 days they finally replaced our room. Then, the day after we came back in the evening and the room wasnt clean! we saw a note on the bed saying all the cleaning stuff has covid so we cant clean your room and told us we can use the mini bar free of charge (seriosly?). Never thought i would go to take my trash out from the hotel room on my vacation... Also, the bad was very uncomfortable. Besides the good location on ku'damm, not sure this hotel worth it.
The hotel is near Ku'dam, staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, Breakfast was good and plentiful, the bed s are very comfortable to sleep on. We stayed at the end of February, a very cold winter. All in one, we liked this hotel very much, and hope to come back.
This hotel is In the center of Berlin, a few steps to the famous Kursfürstendamm with a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. Regardless of if you come by train, air or by car, this is a good choice. The subway station “Kurfürstendamm” is round the corner and the hotel has its own small garage (23 Euro per day, I think you can book it in advance) or there is a huge garage on the opposite side, where you can park your car, less expensive (keep in mind, you have to pay with cash, no credit card). The hotel is a historic and protected former school building. It it a very spacious hotel, with very nice clean room (equipped with all the amenities, you need). The beds are perfect and the breakfast is very good (I don´t think you will be disappointed). One thing I like it is that the breakfast area is spacious and well organized, and this is both. The combination of very nice and service minded personnel and the quality of the hotel, your vacation will perfect.…
Visited March 2022 - The hotel is quite new, located in a old school. It's right off the main street (Kurfürstendamm - similar to Oxford Street in London), and not too far from the Zoo (that has one of the main transport hubs). The hotel was very clean, with a nice bar. We didn't use the resturant. The room was large and we had a double bed (not sure if double is normal, but could've done with a King size) Would recommend for a city break, and we'd definatley go back
Nice location (I think!), staff was very friendly, breakfast did the job. The room was a large, very high ceilings duplex, but the lay-out was really uncomfortable. You had to haul your own luggage up these very narrow stairs - I forgot something downstairs and it was a pain to have to go down there. Good novelty factor, but not very practical!
Excellent service, staff is very kind, great room and the location is perfect. The hotel itself is very beautiful and very comfortable, everything you need is nearby and you can walk everything! The breakfast is outstanding, by far the best
Best and fastest way to get full information about any hotel cleaning standards is to visit its emergency steps on the back of the house. This hotel is so clean and organized well which is obviously immediately reflected by these steps as well. Location is great and the staff are welcoming and helpful. They were all nice - as I don’t recall all their names - so may I just name here two of them: Marco & Fran. Well done!
Booked a suite and on arrival was advised that due to a "system mix up" there was no suite but a better room would be offered. Willing to take a chance we went to the allocated room which was a junior suite with kitchenette in the front of the old building. The room was awful and unsafe, the kitchenette was basic with a few sticky items of cutlery / crockery. The fridge door would not close properly and one of the lights was blown. The large room had a small double bed, a power point came off the wall exposing wires and another light in the bathroom was blown. To top it off the A/C did not work and rattled and we were expecting 30'c the following day. Obviously we complained the room was unacceptable, after some furious computer tapping and uncertain mutterings a room was found, it miraculously was the exact suite we booked and paid for ! some comment about taking the allocation from someone else was made ? I don't like being made a fool of and I could not work out what was the reason for the room mix up. COVID-19 challenges aside we asked if the hotel was busy and was advised 80% full ?? we doubt this figure as we hardly saw other guests apart from one or two checking in or out. The suite was as we expected, comfortable and spacious, cleaning was done daily but the standard was not up to expectations and could have been better. Ate breakfast just once at 19 euro each it was expensive and bland, across the road we found a bagel café with amazing breakfast so would recommend this. Overall H10 Berlin was a let down and disappointment with very indifferent staff. I would not recommend or use again.…
