A few nights here are more than enough! The stuff, well you see, someone spoke with you, others seemed to want to disappear. No extra advices about anything. You hade to asked about everything you wanted to know. The room was about the smallest I ever have had in any hotel. Was clean, but the daily service, did they forget...

Hotel building and decoration are new. The rooms are very clean. Staff is kind and helpful. They even kept our own pillow which we forgot at the room in our previous stay. They gave it back to us in our current stay. Minibar at the room is empty, instead they put a vending machine at the lobby, which I think...

Me and my girlfriend spent a long weekend at the Mercure MOA and coundlty have asked for more. Its staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. Paul in particular, welcomed us and gave some great advice about sights to visit and places to eat around the city, along with his great sense of humour, this added to our great weekend...

Peaceful and neat hotel, good connections to Tegel and to the main attractions in Berlin. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is vertatile. The super-market downstairs is a good extra. The hotel's surroundings were a little bit shappy.

This hotel was an excellent base for seeing the sights of Berlin. It was a short walk from the U-Bahn (which is absolutely the way to get around Berlin to save your feet) although to walk to the Reichstag was only around 40 mins. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and staff were friendly. The only negative was that...

I stayed two nights in this hotel during our city trip. The hotel is close to a metro station and next to a small shopping mall. The city center is far away; you have to go there by metro or taxi. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay. We stayed in the rooms next to the atrium. These...

Clean, comfortable, great service, huge wet room style bathroom, cabin style beds, everything worked, and I particularly liked that there was coffee available at reception when I checked out - when I am travelling for business, and up very early, heading to meetings, I often do not have time for breakfast, so that was a life saver. What's not to...

Staying in Moabit

Neighbourhood Profile
Moabit
You may not realize Moabit is one of the city’s most central neighbourhoods when you arrive at Hauptbahnhof (central station). Surrounded by waterways, Moabit is a quiet island protected from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. The crowds that do gather prefer spending their evenings in cozy restaurants over the party venues offered by other districts. With its beautiful parks, old housing and romantic industrial areas, life has traditionally been relaxed and a bit slower here. But the tone may soon be changing. Reasonable housing costs and proximity to city centre are attracting more young Berliners and international visitors. This interest is encouraging new bars, cafés and nightclubs, making Moabit a candidate for most up-and-coming neighbourhood in the city.
