I had a nine-night stay at this place for the purpose of an Erasmus+ project. The rooms that we were given had a private bathroom. The room I shared with two other people was not that spacious, but, overall, was OK. The bathroom was OK. The lounge was also nice and we could relax with the rest of the members of the team there.

I stayed with a group last weekend at Industriepalast. I had a room that I shared with two friends, all seemed fine. I left my Nintendo Switch on the table thinking I could do that if only I, some friends and personnel of the hostel had access to the room. When we got back to the hotel in the evening though, the console itself was gone. I went to the reception to ask if someone might have taken it or brought to lost and found on accident. The employees were just rude about the whole thing and accused my friends of stealing from me. We checked all our bags to see if maybe someone put it in one of our bags while cleaning but nothing was found. They told me they would ask housekeeping if they saw the thing in my room and of course they didn't and once again the people from reception said it was my own fault and I must have lost it somewhere myself. If I wanted to get anymore help they told me to just report it to the police. The security in the hostel itself is awful as well, during the day people at the reception did not pay attention to who walked in at all nor did they bother, they were more busy with themselves. All with all it was a horrible experience and I would recommend all people that want to make a reservation at this hostel to stay as far away as possible.

Staff not fair and professional AT ALL. I’ve been promised a change date FOR FREE since I DID NOT get a reimbursement due to the fact that GERMANY closed its borders in spring 2020 due ti COVID-19. In February 2022 they tell me to reserve and pay as every guest… Disappointing

Came here while on a visit with my school. The beds were rather comfortable and provided a good sleep. The food was very nice and there was a good variation of side options. Facilities were great with a games room and sitting area in the lobby. Overall I would say this is a great place to say

My fav street in Berlin, one of not so nice one..but I like that style, underground to the core..hostel is just infront S/U bahn station and pretty close to Watergate suicide circus, kitkat and all others nearby..so for clubbers great ;) I got 8bed room both times so I will coment this one..got cold because some guy who collect bottles is keeping them in the room so room got smell, it stinked so he opens window when outside was minus degrees..now I just saw him entering hostel again hope he is in other room..beds are ok but pillows can be renewed..staff is great, doing really good job with milion of check ins..u can imagine who check in where sorounding is clubs only 😁😁 all in all, ok for money, kitchen is small but cosy, other expensive hostels don't even have one so it's lame when u get in "cheaper" accommodation and no kitchen, only bar with food order that is no cheap..thnx I will come back again!

A group of us booked an 8 person room over New Years. When checking in we were required to pay a €2 deposit for the key card, and also paid extra for bedding and a towel. You have to take your bedding and make up your own bed. The room was open and very spacious, with a sink and radiators. The toilet and shower facilities were kept clean. The showers were nice and hot with very strong water pressure. You can pay €6 for a European style breakfast every morning. There were a good range of breads, cheeses, hams, spreads, cereals, yoghurt, teas, etc. There is a pool and foosball table in the lobby which you can also pay to use. The hostel is situated in a great location surrounded by public transport, and some good food options close by. It’s also a short walk to the Berlin Wall East Side Gallery.

The staff was great, the location was amazing, the room were very big and the ambiance was friendly... but I got bed bugs from the dormitory. I would not go back there and wish you to never encounter bed bugs.

Please stay away from this hostel if you do not want to be bitten from bed bugs which were all over our room. When we asked the manager for full refund (and we didn’t even calculate the damage caused by the bugs) we were practically accused of having brought them into the hostel. Outrageous behavior!

Nice staff, clean and large facilities with a really cool decoration in the lobby. Pretty much connected to all the city due to its proximity with U1 and Sbahn services, one bridge away from Kreuzberg and another from Friedrischsain. There's a lot of showers and the water pressure and temperature are great. Lockers are available and big. I'm not a huge fan of paying for linen on the side but that would be my only "negative" note.
