KPM is a wonderful place. The customer service is phenomenal and the rooms are beautiful. The restaurant Dong in the lobby food is delicious. Try the seafood soup when you get an opportunity. You won’t regret the decision to stay here.
I'm glad I chose this hotel for my stay in Berlin. The building is conveniently located close to the Tiergarten, with public transit available just five minutes away. The rooms are super comfortable, spacious and the beds will make you sleep like a baby. But the greatest asset to the hotel are its employees - their customer service was unparalleled, going always above and beyond to exceed customer expectations (from doing the rooms to answering questions with useful information, politeness and great customer service skills). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Berlin!
My wife and I had a great stay at the KPM, the hotel is clean, modern and has a high-end feel in quiet surroundings just on the edge of Tiergarten, it is away from some of the hustle and bustle of Berlins sights and many tourists but this is a good thing firstly travelling in Berlin is very simple, efficient and frequent it’s not a problem to jump on and off trains during your day ( the city is 45km wide how else will get to see all the great sights), and it’s so nice to come back to a quiet haven of the KPM hotel, make sure you hire bikes and try the electric scooters dotted around, Berlin is very well set up for cycling around and the ride from the hotel through the Tiergarten (it’s huge) is a great way to spend some of your day. Back to the KPM, the beds were huge and very comfy and the bathroom had a great shower (viewing glass is an interesting touch 😉). We didn’t eat at the hotel (too many great eateries around the city) nor did we try the gym/sauna. We did take cocktails up to the 7th floor roof terrace though which was very cool….I would stay again 👍…
We enjoined staying at the kpm hotel very much, it is a small , boutique hotel , close to the tiergarten station, good breakfast and good service. The rooms are well eqipted very comfortable bed that gave us a very good night sleep .
Good design boutique hotel with excellent service and location in a quiet part of the city. Asian restaurant and bar on sight with good breakfast and diners. Garage parking available. Want to come back.
Well-designed hotel with friendly staff in a very quiet location. The immediate areas is safe but somewhat bare, however it's near the Tiergarten subway stop for access to the rest of Berlin. Comfortable and quiet rooms, good on-site restaurant.
Very dedicated professional and extremely friendly staff, who is able to create an old-fashioned traditional feeling that you are a close and waited guest, almost a friend in their place. They listen and fulfil the needs and wishes.
This hotel is in an old porcelain factory, which we didn’t actually know when we booked, and is brimming with character whilst also being incredibly modern and minimal. The room had concrete walls and looked great but was simultaneously so comfortable and luxurious. We especially loved the heated concrete floors in the bathroom. We felt very well looked after throughout, with 5* service and no issues at all throughout our stay. Had a great night’s sleep in a stunningly comfortable bed and didn’t want to leave. 100% would recommend.
Stayed here for 2 nights with my partner on a city break. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly staff. The hotel was super clean and tidy with modern amenities. Central-ish location and great breakfast served!
We stayed for a week in terms of holiday. Room was super nice, it was always cleaned after we arrived from the city. The bathroom was stunning with speakers added and the makeup-light. Staff was super helpful, always smiling and doing their best to help us have a great time. Everyone made us feel like VIP- guests. The hotel gym was a bit small, but all the machines were new and multi-usable. The rooftop was absolutely amazing place to have a drink and chill out. Restaurant downstairs was great, but the only minus was about breakfast buffet not being affordable enough with the 19,50€ price tag. Luckily there was a small bakery just on the other side of the street. Even though the hotel is in the city center area, the neighbourhood is pretty quiet and chill. You could also get to the shopping malls, tourist attractions etc easily with Tiergarten S-bahn station, which is somewhat 300metres away from the hotel. Sadly there wasnt a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel, so you would always have to leave to the city. Would definitely come again!…
