Not really close to the major tourist attractions, but close to the Tiergarten Park and bridge across the Spree. It is close to a few restaurants, and a 50 minute easy walk to museum island walking past the Reichstag building. The rooms are tiny. We...More

Was for a one night stay over at Berlin. Due to a long weekend (public holiday on monday) most hotels only offered a 2 day minimum stay. So i choosen the Motel One for the first time.

Great location, very close to railway station. Bright rooms and very spacious. The bathrooms are equipped with all the basic toiletries. Very clean rooms with daily cleaning service. Breakfast with variety of options.
Great location! 10 min walk (maximum) to the Bellevue S station and literally at the entrance of Tiergarten park. Clean rooms, nice decor, comfortable beds. The staff is helpful and friendly (with some exceptions). Great value for money! Would definitely revisit and recommend!
You may not realize Moabit is one of the city’s most central neighbourhoods when you arrive at Hauptbahnhof (central station). Surrounded by waterways, Moabit is a quiet island protected from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. The crowds that do gather prefer spending their evenings in cozy restaurants over the party venues offered by other districts. With its beautiful parks, old housing and romantic industrial areas, life
has traditionally been relaxed and a bit slower here. But the tone may soon be changing. Reasonable housing costs and proximity to city centre are attracting more young Berliners and international visitors. This interest is encouraging new bars, cafés and nightclubs, making Moabit a candidate for most up-and-coming neighbourhood in the city.
