We had a very nice stay in this hotel! The double room was large, cute and daily cleaned with the change of the towels. The receptionist was very friendly. Free WiFi and TV included in the cheap price of the reservation. It is located at 50 mt far from the U2 metro stop and in a street rich in restaurants, bistrots,...

I spent 3 nights here with a friend , the main purpose for which was sightseeing . Excellent location . Just a few metres from the main U bahn Gunzlerstrasse line.Trains ran very frequently and so easy to get to all the major sights. Reception staff very attentive , although the serving staff in the breakfast room were a little...

Stayed in the hotel for a week on a business trip, primarily because it was acceptably close to the area I had business in and it had an A/C (that is NOT a given in many Berlin hotels). The room was functional for my purposes but the bed was the typical combination of two twins with too thin of a...

Nice clean hotel, nice room and bathroom with everything that is required for a top class stay. Free Wifi. Nice reception area and bar. A few things that let it down was noise in the mornings- no chance of a lie in as the doors slam easily and also attitude on the front desk! The Receptionist on Tuesday 11th August...

Stayed there two times during past 4 months and wasn't disappointed. Smaller rooms but still big enough for a couple of days. Everything works perfectly, good bathrooms, nice shower, comfy beds and still fresh looking rooms. Breakfast was really good for this category of hotel and staff was usually really helpful. Just one woman at the reception seemed to have...

This was a good located hotel for us. We came by car and it was possible to park our car for 14€/day. The way to the hotel was easy and not too many small Streets to take. The service in our case was very good and friendly. They explained us also the metro (where to take it, the prices,...) and...

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
