Great hotel in quiet and safe location in Berlin Mitte. Lovely German breakfast, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. All the staff were fluent in English, which was helpful. We stayed on the 6th floor, very quiet at night. Multiple train stops nearby, and walking distance to Alexander Platz. Highly recommend!

It is a very good Holiday Inn Express Hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful even in very busy situations. Same holds for the very busy breakfast area. Always friendly and trying their best to keep the waggon rolling. Rooms are simple but with good beds. Bathroom was with a spacious shower. Everything was very neat and tidy. Unfortunately in one of two rooms the handle for the shower was broken. Breakfast itself was average. Typical tasteless hotel scrambled egg. The juice was terrible. But there were free fruits, yoghurt and fresh bread and bap. Space in the breakfast room is limited but there are warning signs in the elevator. BTW: The tube station KlosterStrasse U2 is just across the streets. Google is wrong! We would most definitely stay here again.

Me and my girlfriend as our first trip to Berlin we chose to stay as near as possible to the city centre , well this hotel made our trip even more pleasant !! I’ll start with the front office , very helpful , happy and willing to help you / answer anything and everything you want any time. Awesome and clean hotel spaces , our room was more than we expected , clean , very comfortable bed , pretty much what we wanted to relax after a whole day walking around city ! Breakfast is served 6:30 and to 10:00 am so you have plenty time , also a good tip from hotel was that they informed us which times are the more busy so we can avoid crowded breakfast , also breakfast has a variety of things to eat so you can have different things to eat every day !! Holiday inn express hotel is a very nice option. It is located in the city center, close to everything you need. The rooms are very clean and nice ( our room didn't have any view at all though, we could only see a wall of a building. The breakfast was really nice with many options.

Stayed here for 4 nights in Feb 22. This hotel is fantastic value for money and highly recommended. Ideally located less than a minutes walk from the Ubahn station and then one stop from Alexanderplatz or a 10 minute walk to the TV tower. All main tourist attractions can easily be walked to in less than 30 mins Very nice room and good covid restrictions. No kettle in room , but can get a hot drink from the restaurant and take to room. Breakfast was outstanding, excellent choice of drinks, breads, cereals , fruit , pastries , cold meat and cheese and scrambled or boiled eggs also available
