Chic and private boutique hotel located at the heart of Berlin's major shopping district. It provides comfortably appointed double and single rooms that come with much love to detail and free amenities. You will certainly not forget the breakfast buffet. From start to finish the service from Sabine was personal and excellent and we felt so welcome at this friendly B&B (only 4 rooms) in Berlin, close to all the action. All details in Place, cosy room with attention to detail and a very nice large breakfast to your taste. T-Cooking fasilities in the room, and available slippers and robe to get to Your bathroom (not ensuite). Complementary minibar and very flexible check in / check out makes this the Place to stay in Berlin. Much nicer than any standard hotel. A bit expensive. (400 euro for two persons and two Nights, probably due to popular Advent weekend.) Will definetly stay here again if back in Berlin.

I stayed from September 25 -27. It was amazing. Ms Sabine was a gracious hostess. I stayed in the Classico room and it is big enough for 2. Sabine made sure there were chocolates and fresh flowers in your room. She also gave great advice on what to do and also gave great directions. The breakfast she provided in the morning was perfect. I hope to come back again.

We had read the previous reviews on Tripadvisor and decide to stay for three nights. We certainly agree with the reviews, this is a wonderful place to stay! We were greeted warmly by Sabine who was an exceptional and lovely host from start to finish, Nothing was too much trouble. Sabine gave us superb tips on places to visit and where to eat. Breakfast was delicious, our room beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved this place and intend to return very soon. Many thanks for everything Sabine ;-)

Truly the best hotel I've been to in Europe :) spent 3 nights in the hotel at to end my trip to Berlin with a bang. Sabine is a wonderful hostess and always happy to help (She even showed me to the hotel when my flight was delayed longer then expected, and always provided tips on how to best spend the day.) the breakfast was stunning, with a good selection of meats, cheeses, breads and salads. I still feel a bit bad for not being more of a big eater in the mornings. The location is spot-on, and perfect if you want to go out and do some shopping and urban explanation. Also really easy to get to from the Tegal airport and a very safe area for a single traveler. All in all, a must for anyone looking for some luxury in the middle of the city <3

We spent a week and everything was perfect. The location is great, the room was very nice, large with ellegant furniture, cleaned daily and the bathroom was well appointed. Sabine, the host has a very pleasant personality and was very helpful. She even helped us carry our voluminous luggage to the waiting cab.

My trip to the mittendrin was for work and I stayed 2 nights. I stayed in the Klassiko room which was spacious and had a desk & chair for catching up on work. The pralines on arrival in the room were a lovely touch! The whole hotel was spotlessly clean with quality furnishings and linen. The hotel is centrally located withing walking distance of Bahnhof Zoo and the shopping areas. There is also an underground station within a few minutes walk. The highlight was the breakfast which is served at a communal table. There is a lot of variety and everything is presented very nicely. The focus is on local produce made by small companies. Sabine will ask for your breakfast preferences as well. Make sure you leave enough time to browse all the dishes! To be aware, the Klassiko and Mediterrano rooms share a bathroom. This might require a bit of scheduling in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel and stay there again if visiting Berlin!…

My wife and I loved our stay here. The location is great, our room was big (huge for Europe), with high ceilings, great storage and a very comfortable bed. Sabine is a wonderful host, full of ideas about where to go and things to see in Berlin, depending on your interests. She makes an amazing breakfast with lots of choices between traditional German foods, homemade jams, meats, cheeses, eggs and wonderful coffee. A real treat all around and we would definitely go back here when we return to Berlin!
