I'm an American, speak English only, and stayed here for the end of Oktoberfest. The staff here are excellent. They all speak English and were very helpful. My sister ended up hurting her knee while out in the city, and the staff was able to provide ice in a bag for her to reduce the swelling and seemed genuinely concerned about her wellbeing. Also, the breakfast was phenomenal and well worth the price. Upon entering our room, I found it very clean and I was met with a large glass of sparkling water in our mini-fridge, provided free of charge. This was a nice touch. I stay will Choice Hotels back in the States all the time, and this hotel is on an even better level. I will book this hotel for next year if I come back up for Oktoberfest again! Thank you!

The hotel is fine— clean, good breakfast, very nice employees. But I booked this hotel SOLELY because it offered AC, which is weak and ineffective. I’m lying here at 2 am unable to sleep because of the heat. If you don’t need AC, it’s a fine hotel. But don’t stay here in summer.

The room is super hot with an air conditioner that doesn’t work. Asked the front desk to send someone to fix it or help move room. They said full booking and insisted when they came to check that the ac was working fine ( even it wasn’t) it was super hot. They made us stay for another night to “test it” again before I made another request next day to make them move room for us. Ended up staying in oven for 2 nights despite they said the they hv ac in their room description. Also it’s abit far out, you will need to dative it get a cab.

Great hotel. Excellent breakfast. Friendly front desk. Rooms were a good size. The location is a bit out of town, however it is served well by a tram, less than 5 mins away which will get you into the city centre in a short time. Only downside was the a/c unit , which didn't seem to work so the room got a little hot. All in all though, a good hotel, well worth a stay when in party town Munich. Enjoy.
