The rooms are part of a friendly international family house (Dutch and Brazilian) in the Southeast of Munich, located next to the Trade Fair center and two large shopping malls. The historical city centre of Munich is approximately 30 min away with very convenient means of public transport. One of the rooms is spacious (40 sqm), fully-furnished with double bed, wardrobe, sofa, fridge and a cable TV and can accomodate a family with kids very easy. Our second room has 2 separated beds, a verandah, wardrobe, fridge and a cable TV. Our 3rd room is for a single person and is a bright room, also has TV, fridge, wardrobe, etc. And our small double room for a couple is also very comfortable. Note that we have a big dog in our property, but, no worries, he don't come to you. We speak 8 languages for your commodity. Come to visit us.

This was the best B&B I’ve ever stayed at. Location is great, right next to the bus stop, which is 3 stops away from the train to Munich. The breakfast provided here is very good, in fact, I don’t even have breakfast this good in America.

Very nice owners who are always eager to help, react to your problems quickly and efficient. If I come to München again will surely stay at this place, the rates are really ideal for such a city as München.

Munich is gorgeous, any time of the year, I've been fortunate enough to visit multiple times, and had a good time at this B&B. We liked being close to the shopping malls, and it was very close to public transport. Obviously its very small, but trust the reviews, you will have a fantastic time.

We chose this b&b on the basis of these reviews and were not disappointed. We found Jan and Fatima to be warm people and Jan really helpful with local information about Munich. The breakfast included lots of choice of beautiful breads, cold meats, gorgeous cheeses and a variety of spreads and fruit. We also took a pack up sandwich each day from the buffet which was helpful in expensive Munich. Jan provided the sandwich bags. There are regular buses with connections into the city just outside Zeevat but we preferred the walk through the park to reach the U-bahn. We are really pleaasd we stayed here.

We stayed here for one night only but could’ve stayed longer. The owners are super nice and friendly. Our room was a little small but very comfy and with enough room to store your things. The bathroom was spacious though and with two sinks. The b&b is located on a quiet area, so you’re sure to get a good night’s sleep. One thing to take into account is that the rooms get quite hot during summer. They have a fan in every room though to lower the temperature a little bit. The especially great thing about this place was the breakfast. It was delicious and with so much variety. The owners also set the table for us which was lovely. This is very good value for money considering the price range in Munich. It was lovely staying here, would definitely come again!

Dear guest, many thanks for your lovely review. Just 2 points: we have 2 bathrooms and not only 1 for guests. 2 rooms (the top room and the balcony room) has a cooler which goes to 16°C. Don't get too hot. You probably came in one of these very hot days that we had. Sorry. Big hug and cheers for you. Hope to see you again. Greetings Fatima and Jan

If you are looking for home away from home then this is the house/B&B you should stay in while your stay in Munich. It was so heart warming to see someone is greeting you so lovingly and make your stay comfortable. I am vegetarian so when I made a request to get certain kind of food for breakfast prior to my booking I was expecting 10% of it but what I received was beyond imagination. Fine example of stroke of love and care this lovely couple has made was an offer to prepare sandwich and take away some food for rest of the day which not even 5star hotels allowed. This house was little away from my usual work place during my bussiness trip in Munich but I am sure I will visit them again in few months once again and I recon whoever is reading this must give them a visit as well.

I loved my fine stay in Munich , Germany. The rooms were tidy, warm and cozy. Lots of room in this house too, for lots of guests. The population of all the people who come here from all over the world, is very outstanding. The owners (and the dog ) are very kind. The rooms have a perfect sense of style. If I could, I'd give it a ten!
