Every trip to Munich we're staying in the H2 or H4 hotels, everything is great. Friendly staff, good restaurant, clean rooms and additionally you can park your car nearby of hotel free of charge. Thanks for a good service.
We had a great stay, friendly staff, modern facilities, clean and tidy rooms. The bathing facilities are comfortable and the temperature is adapted. The TV in the room displays an exclusive customized welcome message, a nice surprise!
Very comfortable, clean, quiet and warm very appropriate for winter days Good breakfast with great variety of choices Friendly people from the reception to the room services Two restaurants with different options and a cosy bar
Stayed here for over a week, staff excellent, would speak English when needed. Sensible Covid 19 protocols in place which were observed. Sauna open (one person in each at a time) which was relaxing, and never too busy.
The room was too small for me, mom, and sister. Also, the hotel was little far to the center but was near to riem Arcden About the breakfast: we did not try it, because we have a better choice which is the restaurants at riem arcden (the restaurants and coffee shops opening early)
Stay was comfortable and room was very clean. However the check-in lasted a while as staff cancelled our booking since we arrived 1 hour late as per our scheduled arrival. Secondly the card for room entry was not programmed and we had issues in entering the room. Condsidering we have just 8hours of stay for getting the sleep and time was taken for check-in and card issue, it left a bad impression.
I spent one night in this hotel and I was very pleased with everything. Rooms very clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. I do recommend this location. Quite and free parking very safe and close to the hotel.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The main problems were a) distance of our room from the elevators and b) the fact that after cleaning, things were not put always back when we left them and on several occasions dirty coffee mugs, plates etc. were not cleaned. The breakfasts were excellent.
The layout is not customer friendly. Long hallways and few elevators to choose from. The breakfast was fine and hotel staff were accommodating. However, the hotel is far from downtown and not centrally located.
Everything was ok. The housemaid did not leave soaps and lotions or coffee every day, but that is fairly minor. My main complaint is that I tried to cancel the first day of my stay more than three days beforehand and was told you could not do this. I was told I would be charged 90% of that day even though I would not be there. I am 76 years old and have traveled my whole professional life and have never had a major hotel chain do this to me. It is a terrible practice. I will not stay in your hotel again and I will tell others about this experience.
