I have stayed at this site several times in June over several years and appreciated its location, the size of the site, the laid back attitude of staff and well stocked shop. For the first time I stayed at the start of Oktoberfest. As expected there were many noisy drunk lads on the site whilst I was there. There is...

I arrived with TopDeck Tours for the Oktoberfest. The tents were already erected and ready for an epic week of partying. After the first night of partying I desperately a shower. I found out that I had to pay extra for hot water but not only that they were common washrooms. In fact a drain was shared by two showers....

This is an expensive site -€34 per night. And then...1) hot water for washing up is extra - 50 cents 2) having a shower is extra - €1.80 for an 8 minute shower token 3) there is no hot water in the washrooms and 4) the wifi is extra. Basically, all that's included is the use of the toilets. The...

Found this place lacking something. It was relatively busy but not overly so, yet just didn't feel right. Not particularly clean either which was rather disappointing. Yes, just remembered. It was the hot water and toilet seats that were missing. You could pay for the hot water but I guess you'll have to supply your own bog seat. Not cheap...

We stayed here in our campervan for four nights during April 2015. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet can be accessed in the office. Facilities generally clean and adequate. It's worth being aware that the campsite fills up quickly, gets busy and very noisy and you'll find that there's not much room between campervans / caravans. That being said, everyone...

My friend and I stayed here for two nights on a pitch in our van to explore Munich. The location was great with a bus to the underground and therefore easy to get around. Day pass for two us of us for all transport was about £12 which we utilised well. Pitch was good and our neighbours were lovely. Unfortunately...

I stayed here during the Oktoberfest period so it was very crowded and very noisy but hey, I expected nothing less and was well forewarned. If you accept it for what it was at the time you'd be totally fine. Fussy campers would hate this place over Oktoberfest so I would certainly discourage anyone who is a bit precious to...

This camp site had very different reviews when i looked it up, this is why: INPORTANT it was hot during the day i could have been in sandals, but bloody freezing at night, and i camp all the time, bring thermals or very warm sleeping bag, not cheap one, for at night. Oktoberfest is actually in September and during the...

I had three night to spend at this campsite and of the 5 campsites I have stayed at so far traveling through Europe this one was my least favorite. The cost ran about the same as other campsites per night. However it lacks in the amenities department. No WiFi was available (which when traveling for an extended period of time...
