We loved it. The sauna, the pool, the service. The lobby is beautiful too. Didn’t eat there but had drinks in the bar. The apartments are perfectly designed. You lack for nothing and the views are incredible.

Nice clean hotel with specious rooms and good facilities. Parking was easy to access and reasonably priced. Location is easily accessible with many good transport connections available. I experienced some minor issues during my stay, but nothing that would stop me from staying at this hotel again. The hotel has a nice view over the city. 4 stars because of the minor issues, otherwise this would be a 5 star review.

Just witnessed people smoking on the terrace of the One Bedroom Terrace Rooms and rang down to reception to ask if this is allowed and YES smoking outdoors is allowed in these rooms….too bad if you have the one next door or above as the smoke will get you….witnessed a party room on a Saturday night and lots of smoking on the terrace. Such a shame as hotel is superb otherwise. Not too sure why they advertise the hotel as NON SMOKING as it is not. Even when you bring up the description of these terrace rooms it will tell you it is non smoking but then they encourage the smoking outdoors with provided ashtrays???!! Shame as it’s an Australian hotel and this would not be allowed in Australia, non smoking is non smoking full stop.
