Hotel Herzog Willem has a good location in the center of Munich, walking distance from main station and S-bahn. Rooms are small and in particular the bed was too short for me. Decoration need update, rooms are clean but the old furniture and curtains gave a bit of a negative overall impression. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast...

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for your stay with us at the hotel. We are very pleased that you have the central location and the friendliness of our staff especially highlight. We are sorry, you were not satisfied with the rooms. Me and my partner arrived to a lovely woman at reception who was very friendly and gave us great information about the local area. This was the only good thing about our visit to the hotel. We were on the 6th floor and the lift only goes to the 5th floor. We got out of the lift to see that...

When I first booked this hotel I thought it was a great deal. It said every room has wifi, a private bathroom, and definitely does not mention construction. Well we get there and they tell us it's a shared bathroom (with 3 other rooms) which is fine we were just there 1 night thankfully so not a big deal but...

Although an easy walk from the central train station as well as to the Marketplace, it would be unlikely I would stay here again given the fiasco of a room we were given today. OR be careful as to the room "level" you book. I was stuck since tons of hotels were full this week (stupidly, I came during Oktoberfest...

I stayed here with my family, our room was clean, very spacious with lot of sunlight. The bathroom was clean and included towels. There is no early check-in but you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. Is located close to central attractions and at ~15 min walk to Hbf.

It was a one night stay in Munich before heading to Zell Am See. Apartment was good with 2 double beds and 2 single beds spread into 2 connecting rooms. The reception area was causy, but the check in was fast and reception staff were great. Breakfast was ok as it was not something different from continental/american breakfast. Location is the...

We booked a family room and were put in the building around the corner. The room was huge and clean and very comfortable. It was not decorated really. So no charm or character. The breakfast was a usual German one - breads, meats, cheese, coffee, selection of teas, some fruit and yogurt, cereal, etc. Perfectly nice but nothing fancy. Front...

I was traveling with 3 friends for Oktoberfest and were looking for a reasonably priced hotel given the prices. I would say this is a good option for a more budget hotel. The rooms were small and basic as you would expect for a hotel in this price range. However, it was very clean and a good location. Breakfast was...

Very happy with our stay and excellent for getting around Munich and great price. Room was basic however certainly good enough for the type of break we had. Really close to all the places we wanted to visit and great location for train links would certainly stay here again.
