We booked this hotel for business trip in Messe Munchen. It is almost middle of nowhere, 15 to 20 min walk to U ban and then 50 min Journey to Messe. I would not prefer. Most annoying thing for me is continuous low pitch noise in the room, unbearable. It could be air conditioning or something I don’t know. Reception came and said I don’t hear anything. Room small but clean and bed comfortable. Best part of this Hotel is breakfast, lovely , lots of variety. Thank you for this but unfortunately location and noise in the room puts me off !!
Family stay in 2 rooms. Rooms are clean. Roadside a little more noisy than back side. Beds are good, pillows terrible (like an air cushion).luckily we brought our own pillows. Bathrooms clean, slightly outdated. Breakfast is good. Broad variety from English breakfast(scrambled eggs or boiled) with bacon and sausages. Some vergy options (falafal for instance). Fruits and yoghurts. Reception at arrival was not super. When we called for a reservation we were told there was no room, online we could book 2 rooms without a problem for the same night. Next morning an existing booking and the new one were combined for us such that we could stay in the same room. For 15 euro you have a public transport all day ticket for bus, u+'sbahn for 2-5 people, you can take the bus close to the hotel or walk 1300 meters to s-bahn or u-bahn. Overal, nice place to stay.. But bring your own pillow 😊…
I used the hotel together with a colleague and was surprised to find a pretty good hotel for what can be seen a ‘budget’. The hotelbuilding must date back from the 1970s, however, it has been refurbished and is in good shape. You find all the amenities you may need, there is a fitness area, meeting rooms, a very well sorted breakfast and a cosy dining restaurant in typical Bavarian style. We came with our car and found enough parking lots around the building. It is worth considering having dinner or lunch in the Ludwig Stuberl.
Hotel seems to have been recently taken over. Rooms are old, but clean. Staff are very friendly and as usual in big German cities, very proficient in several languages. This is a quiet residential neighborhood so not a lot on offer nearby. However, only a 10 minute walk to bus and underground and city center is a 10 minute ride.
A modern hotel in a well groomed and green area. Comfortable, well appointed rooms, in good condition. A varied breakfast menu, as well as a dinner restaurant, conference and banquet facilities onsite. Extremely helpful staff, addressing the guest preferences efficiently. Fabian Falzboden, Operations Manager demonstrates friendly competence, high professionalism and team leadership, adequate for the modern hospitality industry. Overall, traveling on business and pleasure, we liked this hotel for its location, value for money, high quality service.
