Where to start ... staff are unbelievably rude ... witnessed a staff member telling a group of elderly men to shut up .. rooms basic .. no lift for disabled.. we got lucky, they put us in the basement .. breakfast was OK .. if I was a cow in a slaughterhouse I would have been better treated .. management...

I stayed here for two nights even though i had booked for 5 nights. The room was tiny, no curtains, no light next to the bed. The drawer fell out of the dressing table. No light above wash basin Mattresses very old. The breakfast was acceptable My room was 3 floors up and no help with luggage was offered.

2 words: horrible, shame! If i had got a rat under the bad i wouldn't ve been surprised. The room was awfully aged and stinky not to mention 200 and more steps to get there. For that amount (260€ x 2 days..not that cheap) i expected at least a clean and tidy room, that figure! Hairs on sheets etc etc....

Not to recommend-We checked out after half an hour :The staff answered to our disappointing questions: the data on booking.com is wrong, poor internet- we paid the full price because they have a commission to pay to booking.com!!!? The picture below was in front of our room door

I have to say right off that I specifically try to avoid chain hotels with all of the trappings of home. I go for charm and atmosphere. One of the things that I try to leave behind is the reliance on modern devices, so I don't care about Wi-Fi and computer access. It's in that spirit that I rate this...

Where do I start.. Website says hotel has parking, but parking is actually on street public parking which you have to pay for. As the website said the hotel had parking, I parked on the hotel property, only to be shouted at by the arrogant receptionist and told to move it immediately the following morning. The room is nothing like...

I reserved in this hotel because I had a good deal for a single room and the location was really comfortable (10 min walk from main train station) and central. The room I stayed in was very very little, but I arranged myself ok given that I had to stay out all day. The service at the reception was nice...

Okay, we booked this hotel based on what we could afford, and it's proximity to the Octoberfest grounds. They are right across the street. We were traveling to Munich for our Honeymoon, and had requested a DOUBLE bed. We got our keys and they had pushed two single beds together which would not have been such a big deal, but...

Receptionists were: dull, unhelpful, and acted as though we had just spat in their faces. The wifi was really bad (they wanted passport numbers for the code #rollseyes. One of our beds was a pullout armchair. We got one key between 3 of us. We would have gotten a better welcome at a cattle factory. from the moment we walked...
