For dinner, we are happy to recommend the most known beer garden in Munich nearby or any other recommendable restaurant around fitting the food direction of your choice. Our breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. Ideal is our location in the very centre of Munich just opposite of the train station. Everything was good, the hotel has a drinking water dispenser and you can choose still or sparkling water. It’s really convenient. Breakfast was good too, quite a good selection, perhaps can add some green veggies? Room was fine and clean. While the hotel is located very close to central station and Marienplatz, the street where the hotel is located, is rather quiet. The only setback from giving full 5 stars is the Wifi connection. I couldn’t access the Wifi on my laptop for the 5 nights that I stayed and the staff couldn’t help as well.

We really like this hotel. We had nice room with comfy kingsize bed. Breakfast was perfect, many different options for everyone… hot, cold, sweet, salty also something for vegans. They also have garage parking for small cars and outside parking for bigger cars. Everything in this hotel was good and stuff was really kind. We recommend!

The hotel was nice, newly renovatet. Big and clean rooms, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but a bit expensive. It was located close to the Hauptbahnhof, wich was convenient, but the nearby streets wasn't very nice. A small walk to the old-town.

we (2 pers.) had a room on a backyard/hotel-parking , so we didnt have any street noise - very relaxing, room was big enough, but a bit dusty, we had problems with the airco , luckily, it was not too hot (april) - nice bathroom with a large shower. breakfast was ok, although it lacked a bit of sliced bread, and had the usual problem of hotels : the scrambled eggs and the bacon were almost cold...the receptionists were very friendly, and even sold us tickets for public transport. public transports to almost anywhere in munich are a few minutes away (central station). all in all, a nice stay .

Marc hotel it's a simple hotel at the right price for what it is. Their location is very convenient for travelers who like to be close to the train station and only 10-15 minutes walking from Marienplatz.

Stayed for two nights recently at the front end of a Europe vacation. Easy walk from Hauptbahnhof. As with many large German cities, the area directly around HBF is a little sketchy, but certainly didn't feel unsafe walking around even late at night. Check-in process a breeze with very friendly staff. Smallish hotel lobby area is modern and clean. Rooms had modern furnishings that felt brand new. Sparkling clean like the rest of hotel. Well appointed bathrooms and also very clean and modern. Good Wifi signal. Cherry on top was included breakfast which was outstanding. Highly recommend the Marc for leisure or business travel.

Hotel offers a great stay at a reasonable price with a standard hotel-price but high quality breakfast. Rooms are on the small side but well appointed. Can’t beat the location for a first time visit to Munich. Helpful and friendly staff made for a nice visit.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was good, nice lounge area in reception and we made use of the accompanying bar (rude not to!) although it was a short walk outside to get breakfast in another hotel! Due to staffing issues we gathered. There was no kettle in the room (due to Covid), you could buy hot drinks from the bar in reception. There was free still, ‘mild’ sparkling & normal sparkling water available from the water cooler in reception. The train station was a 5 minute walk away and there were good transport links around Munich. Although mostly we walked.

This is a family run hotel that is just 5 minutes away from the central train station by walk. The rooms were fairly spacious and clean and the bath rooms were quite adequate and clean as well. We did not have coffee making facility in the room. When we asked for a unit, we were told that this was not possible post covid! So what is the link between coffee making facility and covid? We were forced to go the reception for a cup of coffee. The A/C was not working. We were told that when the outside temperature is below 15 C, the A/C does not work! For the sake of ventilation, we had to keep the windows slightly open during our stay. The breakfast was very good and the checkout process was smooth. There are a few restaurants nearby if you wish to eat out. The overall service was acceptable. No major complaints but I would possibly pick another hotel for the stay next time just because of the coffee machine!…

The staff here are wonderful — friendly, helpful, cheerful. Room was way better than expected— bathroom nice and roomy with a great rainfall shower head (also a regular one), towel warmers, good toiletries. Best part for me was enough hangers! Very comfortable bed for us and breakfast was delicious. Will be back!
