Greeted with a glass of champagne. Car park is 40 euros a day, big cars do fit sort off. Room was very quiet, bathroom had excellent shower. Room was equipped with coffee machine, daily complimentary still water. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is very central, ideally situated to explore central Munich. Staff are very friendly, we had a wonderful stay
A perfect combination of old school charm and modern understated luxury. Recently renovated, this hotel really deserves its badges. Great rooms, outstanding facilities, excellent location and world class service. Would definitely go back.
The staff was amazing and made you feel valued as a guest. The day manager, night manager and concierge manager were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and to assist in any way to make our stay as memorable and enjoyable as possible. Their beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept in at any hotel in the entire world and their pillows were fabulous. I enjoyed them so much that I am looking into the brand so that I may purchase the down pillows and down blankets to use at my personal home. The breakfast service was the best I have ever witnessed at any hotel in the world. Their selection and options were amazing and easily able to please everyone in our family. They were flavorful and exceptionally fresh. I could not have asked for anything more from now on I will be using only Kempinski hotels if they are available in any of my travel locations. Any other hotel will surely disappoint us after this experience as none will be comparable to the accommodations, quality, cleanliness, staff, care and busy of this hotel.…
Fabulous hotel. Fabulous staff. Great location. Nice bar but it doesn’t open until the evening - and the foyer was sometimes full with nowhere to sit for a drink. It’s in a very posh part of town with designer shops in the same street. Definitely would stay there again.
Good day! I am staying now at Kempinski München. I booked a room from 27 February until 2 March 2022 a room without breakfast, so I expected to order something from the A la carte menu in the lobby. The waitress refused to serve me, referring to the sporty style. She asked me to go to my room and change. I was dressed all in Loro Piana (luxury brand ). This brand is known for classic , conservative style . I was insulted by other visitors. I paid for a room for 3 nights. “Great service!!!!!!!!!!” I feel humiliated and insulted for my own money. This is not a 5 star hotel. “Very warm welcome” Anna Bernard
