A minute to metro, four minute walk to Rathaus, excellent breakfast, all front desk and restaurant staff very friendly and able to help in English, will happily stay here again with next trip to Munich

We had a wonderful stay. We were very impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, at the front desk and during the Breakfast service. The room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location but try to stay away from the front of the hotel because of noise from the street/area. The decor is quite outdated (orange shag carpet! 70s?) and an odd room configuration with one part of the room on a platform and the TV only in the sitting area on the lower level. Very uncomfortable/hard bed, but clean and fine bedding, nice coffees and fridge etc. The staff was lovely and helpful, and the breakfast ample and cheery.

The hotel is spectacular. So much history and in a great location. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean and the free mini bar is a very nice touch. Also received an unexpected birthday message and gift from the hotel which was lovely. Thank you, Team Torbrau!

Very nice Hotel with parking space situated at a super location next to all the shops and the nice market. Room was clean with a good bed. Right at the street with all the Restaurants, bakeries and shops. Also 5 min from Hop on Hop off stop.

Well appointed and spacious rooms! Location was good with all major sites within walking distance but subway line just across the street for those who don’t or can’t walk long distances. Highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel is wonderful! In an excellent location for seeing the old town, and very nice and extremely comfortable. Modern amenities abounded in the room, and the combination of an updated look in a historic property was seamless. The staff was pleasant, breakfast was extremely good, and in spite of my confusing responses in German, the staff was good humored and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel!
