Great location if you travel by car: The hotel is very close to the Autobahn, there is free parking on the road, the U-Bahn is very close. You can walk through the Nordfriedhof to the Englischer Garten and to the Isar.

Standard Ibis hotel, good location for travelling around the city of Munich. U-bahn station Nordfriedhof is really close, less then 5 minutes away and with U6 you are just 6 stops from the city centre. Great breakfast, very diverse and tasty. Fresh bread and great scrambled eggs. Room is standard, clean and nice. Bathroom is ok. I really liked the doors with a mirror seperating the closet space from the bedroom inside the room, which you could close and heard less noise and had more privacy. A girl at the reception was awful-the worst ever, at check-in she gave us no information whatsoever, so we had to ask everything for ourselves. And she didn't know anything you asked her (where to park, is street parking allowed, is the underground parking exit the same as parking entrance, she gave us the wrong breakfast hours etc.) and she didn't even apologize for it or say that she will ask somebody else. …

Stayed here two nights when we were in Munich for a Champions League game. Ideal base for exploring the city as the hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the train station. Rooms are quite small and basic but they’re clean and comfortable. Didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment on the food. All the staff we spoke to were friendly. We’ll definitely use this hotel again when we return in May next year.

Lufthansa bus across the street, U-bahn on the corner, pastry shop next door. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Did not use the pop-up food or the breakfast buffet this time. Reeptionists are not very chatty but are efficient. Internet plus is not worth it, signal is the same.

Thanks for the review, I hope the recoptionists have on your next arrival more time. Trie anything after 8 pm. The signal for free wifi and the wifi plus is the same. With wifi plus you have unlimited acces. The free wifi could be slow when to many user are ate the same time online. Most of the time there is absolutely no difference. Kind regards Andreas Fischer

Hotel too expensive for what it offers and PLEASE,STAY AWAY FROM THE RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL! The worst "restaurant" I've ever been to. Only one waiter to manage everything, very few people present and despite everything they took 1h30 to serve me. Oh but this is just the beginning: When they were going to serve me, the waiter asked me to come into the kitchen, and he admitted he was wrong to take my order and that he delivered my dish to another customer. At that point he asked me if I wanted to eat something of what I saw there in the kitchen because it was getting late and they had to close the kitchen (he showed me a series of dished from the buffet i think, cause the food he showed me were absolutely not fresh, they would have been there for hours) and if I had taken something from there, he wouldn't have made me pay for the dinner, obviously I told him I didn't want anything from the buffet, and then he said "Okay we'll prepare the dish for you". After other 15 minutes he brought me a dish I had absolutely not asked for (a small caprese with bread), and instead of bringing me the main i have ordered 1h30 earlier (chicken cutlet), they made me a Hamburger with chips.. Dear Mr. Carlo, I am very sorry for your experience you had on your last stay in our hotel. In the beginning, I apologize for anything what has happened but I have to give my objection to your global comment about the restaurant. I do not know, if the waiter tolled you, I think he did, but we had a total crash of our computer system with a full restaurant. Half of the orders vanished and the support team was not able to reorganize the system in two ours. This is a nightmare for the staff when they try to improve anything in this situation. A clear announcement to all guests would be the best way to deal with this case. Many thanks to you to share your experience with us. It was a nightmare for the employees, yet it was a very negative experience for every customer. Therefore, I would like to apologize to you and any other customer in this particular evening. So finally, I will say, it is an excellent restaurant with a good chef in the kitchen and an excellent waiter in the worst day in the restaurant. Kind regards Andreas Fischer
