The hotel is located 5minutes from the main station and only about 10 minutes from the main pedestrian area. When checking in we were given a friendly greeting. There was a misunderstanding with the travel cot that we had requested for our baby. When we got to the room there was a camp bed but this was soon changed after...

This hotel is fantastic. On arrival they let us check in early and even gave us an upgrade on the room. The rooms are lovely, very well maintained and with modern appliances. It's very rare to find a hotel at such a good price that gives you a free mini bar, but this one does! The location is superb, not...

My husband and I stayed here three nights. It was a clean and modern hotel. It had a large tub/shower. The room was large for Europe. I was super comfortable here. I would highly recommend. Breakfast was amazing. It was quiet. It was very near the Christmas markets and shopping galore. Staff were polite. Free internet works fine, but takes...

We stayed with our one year old son for 3 nights. The hotel is old but totally renovated. Both the room and the bathroom were large. Ideal for having the baby walking around. We had the stroller and the baby cot in the room and we still had a lot of place to move. The bed was very big and...

We stayed in the hotel for two nights over the weekend. The room was clean and spacious. The room was warm, but not overly so. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main railway station, which was useful for transporting luggage to and from the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast offered a good choice...

We stayed here for a four night break. We found the staff to be very helpful, and the hotel to be very clean and ideally located for sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We would have left a 5* review if not for breakfast. The food was nice but the area was too small for the number of guests...

A very good service, personnel very well trained and wulling to help you on whatevwr you need. Very well located near the Central Station and the Stachus. Only weak point was the mattress which was too soft and they havent been able to change it.

The staff is exceedingly friendly. I had a privilege room which was a bit larger and came with breakfast and free minibar. The garage is large with easy access. The hotel is near the train station and the central city. Breakfast was superb considering this is not a large hotel. I highly recommend for anyone staying in Munich.

The main areas of this hotel are quite nice and newer, rooms are a little tired, could use an upgrade. Service is good. Breakfast is great! Location is great for trains in and out of the city. It's a bit of a walk to the major tourist areas of the city and at night the neighborhood feels a little off......
