Very old and not nice rooms. First encounter very negative as it was made very complicated to change from 2 nights to 1 night and the receptionist insisted that she needed to chatge me two nights first and sort it out later when her manager was going to arrive. The rooms did not have good lighting, no ceiling lighting and one of the floor lamps was not able to turned off without pulling out the plug. There was no restaurant open in the hotel so upon late arrival had to go out to find a place. Strange considering the hotel is almost in the middle of nowhere. I don’t recommend this hotel.

In the past it was one of my favourite hotel in Munich. But now the hotel came into the years. The staff are very friendly. During Covid-19 you shouldn't book a breakfast. The hotel charges 14 Euro for one bread roll with cheese and additional 2 Euro for coffee. In addition to this, the amounts are shown individually on the invoice. That means the full tax deduction ion 4,80 Euro is made for a roll and a coffee. Better to go to the gas station nearby.

Very close to the huge office nearby. Easy accessible from the city center and airport by the public transport. Excellent breakfast. Very good restaurant. Heating equipment in the room is outdated. Temperature of the water in bathroom is changing.

As a member of the Accor Group I have stayed at a few Accor Hotel and usely got a very good welcome not as this time. Although I have checked in the Internet the hotel staff did not seem to recognise me as a checked-in guest nor a gold Accor member. I met a Cold and impersonal staff who looked sarcastically at me when I asked about the welcome drink. You should find everything in the room, said the lady. But I found nothing. Although I booked "a Privilege Rooms for added comfort: VIP bathroom including bathrobes, drinks from the minibar and coffee and tea facilities in the room plus complimentary newspaper. WIFI and late check-out also included" there was no other drinks than just water, no juice, no coke or whatsover. I felt really cheated but really embarassed when I later on asked the reception staff who says that it is what it is and what did I expect. Best regards, Dr. Thanh van Do

This is one of worst hotel experiences i had. The only thing that was okish was the water pressure. For the rest, think of something you dont want in a hotel.... its here. Drunk people. Lobby filled with people bringing in drugs and alcohol . Smoking in the entrance of the hotel. bad breakfast, small rooms, noise from the hotelguests outside the hotel. Expensive parking. Name it, this is the hotel.

We booked the 4- persons room, one queen size bad and sofa. No one said that queen is tiny lady and that sofa is only for one person! Breakfast was too expensive... I asked few times when I booked and after about the parking space but I didn’t get any answer. Luckily there are lots of parking space on the street.

I stayed here several nights and was truly let down. While the employees were friendly and attentive, I couldn’t help but leave with the impression that everything about the hotel was selected based on being the cheapest possible and, all combined, added up like a Chrysler K-Car. The mattress was the least comfortable I can remember sleeping in since living in a dorm room at college (last century). The pillows were all hard foam (no feather or even attempt at replicating comfort). The carpet was dirty (and clearly quite worn) and might not have been cleaned in years...I left my shoes on to walk around in the room. No pressure in the shower. I’m sure the thinking is saving water, but when it doubles the amount of time in the shower, it’s a fail. Plus, the water temperature fluctuated from ice-cold to scalding hot - this problem is easily solved by updating the taps. In addition, and I know it’s quite the trend to offer only shampoo and not conditioner (or even two-in-one) in Germany, but again it comes across as tacky. All the lighting in the room was fluorescent, flickering, slow to turn on and just added to the b-movie atmosphere. Coffee was available in the room, but when so many hotels are offering a Nespresso machine, the freeze-dried packets just serve to emphasize the overall “budget” experience. I normally don’t write negative reviews but I also know that, culturally, Germans prefer direct communications, so I am taking the time. My advice; stop being obviously cheap, and double what you are investing in the guest experience (honestly it can’t be that much more based on what I experienced).

You are welcomed by a smell of smoke. Ashtrays at the front door. People smoking their cigarettes at the front door. This is not a smoking free hotel. Room is good, quiet and clean. Location is okay. The staff is very friendly, they do their best. The food was good, but the restaurant is understaffed.

Dear Martin S, thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately we are not able to forbid people to smoke infront of the hotel. We actually tried by putting the ashtrays further away from the entrance. The resulat was that we had cigarettes thrown on the floor all over infront of the entrance. :-( Anyways, we really hope to welcome you back anytime soon. Kind regards from Munich, Sina Beste - Guest Relations Manager

Looking at previous reviews I was in doubt that I had made a good choice. However, the hotel and the room were excellent. We've also appreciated the big underground parking (18€/night). The room was large, extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also large. The only small drawback was a smell of cold smoke in the bathroom. Probably previous clients used to smoke there (despite being a non smoking room). The S-bahn is at only 5 min walking and brings you in the center of Munich
