Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast, excellent service, and good executive lounge. We stayed as a family of 5 with adjoining king rooms and a rollaway bed. The beds were made up already upon checkin. I’m a diamond member so we were upgraded to the executive floor. Staff explained all the benefits, amenities and hours upon checkin. Concierge took our bags to our rooms and showed us where everything was. The free breakfast was extended to my family of 5 as a diamond member and it was excellent. Other reviews mention the rooms being outdated and I would echo that, but it really didn’t bother us and the service more than made up for it. I will say the mattress hardness is real and was the one big drawback of the room. The executive lounge options for drinks were great-the food left a little to be desired but as many still haven’t opened back up it was nice to even have it. It is about a $15 Uber or $25 cab ride to the old town for 5 people which really isn’t bad. Overall an excellent stay and would come back in a heartbeat!…

Lovely hotel with - mostly - excellent staff, who really try hard to make guests feel welcome. Very cheerful breakfast crew, true hospitality professionals. Good service with genuine smiles. During this pandemic, so many OTHER hotels use 'corona' as an excuse to downgrade service in ways that often do not make sense. Not here. Yes, c-19 measures are in place, but everything is done in good spirits. The 'lounge' is - temporarily - not on some high floor, but downstairs, right next to the river, staff are very welcoming, the atmosphere is pleasant. Communication with the hotel (reception) works fine, using messaging service, all requests are met (sometimes exceeded). Management and staff of this place deserve a compliment for providing an excellent product, which is very good indeed within this price bracket. Better is (always) available, but probably not at this price.…

We stayed 3 days at the hotel, the room was very nice and typical well appointed guestroom. Only issue with the room is their A/c i guess is set to only go as low as 72-74 degrees. fortunate it was cool outside (65) and we left the sliding glass door open all night. We were on the club level and the club lounge was very nice, great afternoon bites. very large and nice gym Breakfast which was by the river was great, European and American options on the buffet. Service was really good. Nice lobby bar, found our way their nightly for a night cap. BEST part of the hotel was the park / walking/running trails outside the hotel. beautiful and expansive. A plus to the park is that you can also walk to Seehaus beer garden, sits right on the lake where the river ends. Must do the walk, may 15mins. would stay here again …

Lovely hotel, great staff, delicious breakfast. Superb location by the Englischer Garten. There is a bus stop round the corner or you can walk through the park to Giselastraße. However: a warning to everyone: DO NOT USE THE ATM IN THE FOYER. I HAVE HAD MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT DID NOT RECEIVE THE CASH.

The hotel is beautiful. It is set right beside the English garden. Simply gorgeous. It is a little bit far from the main attractions of town. For example, Marion plots, and the glockenspiel. However, that simple taxi ride will get you there. The lobby is grand, and the staff is quite attentive. However, this is where we need to talk about the missing details. Some of the night staff did not speak almost any English. This made communicating quite difficult. I had this crazy experience of trying to get some ice cream for room service at around 1030 at night. Depending on who we spoke to, you could or could not get anything at that time. This is where two employees actually try to help me and go above. Anisa and Said. We finally got the ice cream. The chocolate ice cream was absolutely delicious. More details… All the hotels are strongly, encouraging guests to save water by reusing towels. I completely agree with this initiative. But if that’s the case, why couldn’t they give us a few more simple hooks in the bathroom? Another detail for hotel: shower temperature control is a mess after flushing toilet! Ouch. Breakfast area is very good. Good selection of food. Staff great. Very attentive. I would suggest longer shields in front of the food since everyone is sneezing everywhere. Another annoying detail - give water out for free! If we’re paying so much for the hotel, then the water should be free. As it is right now, you are charging almost 4 euros for one small bottle of water. That’s a rip off. I’m sure most of the clientele can afford the water bottle, but this really is a rip off. The going rate is actually about one or maybe two Euros . Don’t disrespect us with such ridiculous charges. Anyway, highly recommend this place. Would stay here again.…

We stayed 4 nights at this Hilton and extended it an extra night. The reason was we had such a good time overall at the hotel. The breakfast is really on point, the executive lounge has a great view and drink selection though the food is just ok there, the staff is very friendly and the room quality solid. The biggest benefit of the hotel is the location which is by the park. Green all around with water all around. Easy access to the park and into the city. All in all very good quality for the price and plan to stay there again when in Munich. Only negative was they have a current campaign featuring a very creepy AI character. Every time you went anywhere in the hotel you saw this weird looking chef with screwed up hands. Weird.

We were in Munich on business and we found the accommodations, service and food all excellent. The only area that needed improvement was the executive lounge. Hilton is consciously lowering there lounge experience in Europe and although we enjoyed the stay, it was greatly overshadowed by our stay at the Intercontinental Park Lane in London. The staff was excellent and we enjoyed the location.

Confort and best services. We stayed for 4 days with a child of 4 years old. They have a play room and swimming pool. The concierge and all the staff is always willing to support. Big room and comfortable lounge. The location is very well connected. Very appreciated experience

As far as the staff and treatment from the moment you arrive I have no complaints but the hotel itself is showing some signs of wear and tear. The bed was not very comfortable, the furniture in the room has seen better days.

The goods and not so goods. The mattress felt like a rock, there was no way to adjust it. The room was right beside the staff elevator. I paid for and got an early check-in. It should have been a freebie for a Diamond Member Very close to the English Garden as well as nice pubs. I stayed on the Executive Floor and the hostesses were top-notch. the room shower took a while to figure out, but that was on me.
