We had an amazing stay back in June 2021, all went very well the hotel close to the park bus station and the isar river. Special thanks to Abdallah from the restaurant who took car of us, the whole housekeeping and reception team who personalized our stay and are were all a true example of hospitality. We will be back!

Hotel's Favourite
Lovely hotel with - mostly - excellent staff, who really try hard to make guests feel welcome. Very cheerful breakfast crew, true hospitality professionals. Good service with genuine smiles. During this pandemic, so many OTHER hotels use 'corona' as an excuse to downgrade service in ways that often do not make sense. Not here. Yes, c-19 measures are in place, but everything is done in good spirits. The 'lounge' is - temporarily - not on some high floor, but downstairs, right next to the river, staff are very welcoming, the atmosphere is pleasant. Communication with the hotel (reception) works fine, using messaging service, all requests are met (sometimes exceeded). Management and staff of this place deserve a compliment for providing an excellent product, which is very good indeed within this price bracket. Better is (always) available, but probably not at this price.

The hotel are located next to the "Englischer Garden", so go for a room with a view over "the garden". The staff are very professionel and very helpful if there should be questions. The breakfast are in top, and you can order different omelets at the chef, and kind attention from the staff all the time. I had an Executive room with access to the Executive Lounge. But due to Corona, the normal lounge at 12th floor was closed, so we missed the view over the city, because we had to enter the "Tivoli Lounge" at the ground floor. There are approximately 2.8K down to the center of München by walking The hotel has a parking basement (28 € pr. night) - but the parking is free at the Hirschauer Strasse - if there are spaces available. We will definitely come again another time - and we therefore hope, that the lounge at 12th floor are open at this time

This was our first day of our holiday, it supposed to be an wonderful stay, but far from that! You don't expect what we got from such a hotel! Especially the Hilton brand. It was a disappointment for al of us and especially the kids. They charge you the full amount what normal is when you get everything. But we didn’t, the only thing they can say, is sorry for that! We are never gone stay again in a Hilton brand! They even don’t compensate anything. Even the duty manager says, if I can do anything for you! The only busy with themselves.

Just before Christmas I had a 1 day stop over in Munich and decided to stay at this Hilton. This was at the height of the lockdown and I was aware that there would not be many restaurant options. When I arrived by car, there was ample parking in the hotels garage, there were only 2-3 other cars parked. Check in was very warm & welcoming. The check in agent provided an overview of all Corona related measures. Room service was available but the restaurants were closed. After a run in the big park next to the hotel, which had a lot of people out and about and even surfing (!) On a little river, I ordered room service which was delivered. Choice was limited to 3 choices for each course. I pre-ordered breakfast for the next morning, which was tasty and delivered on time. Check out was friendly and swift, looking to return once times are back to normal!
