First time here, very modern, newly built and great view from the room. Windows can be tilted open from the top. allowing fresh cold air in. Good lighting. All amenities in the room are well thought out. Also, thumbs up for the Front Desk staff! Sorry I didn't get any names. However, they were all very smiley, polite and pleasant. THANK YOU for the wonderful experience! Only downside are the pillows - way too soft! On a side note, they do offer other "special pillows" which can be ordered through Reception.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel has very nicely designed interior and rooms. The food in the bar is very good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing because of cold and hard bread and also cold scrambled eggs. The wellness area offers well designed saunas but sadly no pool.

We enjoyed two nights at this very modern hotel near Englischer Garten. The room was very comfortable and spacy and the bathroom very clean. We also had some drinks in the hotel bar, which was very cozy and well equipped. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the U6 subway as well as the highway. We can hiughly recommend the place!!

Pleasantly surprised with the lovely furnishings in this hotel, modern and stylish. Efficient and smooth check in. Located in quiet neighborhood, short walk to the U bahnstation, convenient to get to the city centre. The Lufthansa airport bus is also available nearby. Odd that housekeeping left a used Nespresso pod for me, but they were very prompt in bringing more upon request. Room was kept clean daily. Good room amenities. Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and hope to return if in Munich again.

I'm staying in the hotel now, I tried to heat my meal but they told me it's not allowed, however front desk beautiful ladies (Veronica, and her supervisor) sorry can't recorder the name. insisted to go all the way up to the kitchen and heat my food ❤️ What a great service you have! I love this hotel! Thank you so much for your kind and sweet service. Will see you on my next trip.

Light colored, nice and clean rooms, Sport and sauna for a city hotel are good. Breakfast has a great choice of different foods. Fresh ordering of different eggs. Easy check in and check out. This is my go to hotel when staying in Munich

Nice and Clean Rooms. The wellnes area clean und well suited. Excellent breakfast. The sleeping quality was bad. The beds are comfortable, but the room was to noisy. Yyou can hear the nearby passing cars, and runing watter or somme other elctrical noise.

A very “green” hotel designed to bring in natural lighting into the room and bathroom. Just don’t be surprised if the blinds open automatically because it’s a protection built-in in case of strong winds (blinds are outside the building). Room is a little small but otherwise, nice and comfy. Clean too. Great service staff.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. Well equiped rooms, great wellness, tasty breakfast buffet, but the hospitality is lacking. The receptionist at check-in was just firing questions and processes, without any attention for my well being. I asked a recommendation for a vegetarian restauran, the restaurant I was referred to was a burger and fries place... Moreover you had to ask for the room to be cleaned, which seems weird. So I went to the reception, the receptionist assured me the room would be cleaned, but it never happened.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for staying with us and for your review. I am happy to read that you liked the rooms, Wellness and breakfast. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused to the referred restaurant as well for the not serviced room. This is of course not our standard. A big problem during your stay was the missing staff in Housekeeping. It is not that they did not want to clean you room but more that there was not enough staff. Pick up is very last minute and it was and is very hard to schedule enough people if there are any at all. I am sorry that we let you down but please be ensured that we are working with pressure on a solution to gurantee the Steigenberger service you would expact. Stayed here for business. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice and modern rooms. Good breakfast and diner, although restaurant was little short on staff I think. Room cleaning was not done but maybe that was not done because of Covid, not sure. Room was nevertheless completely disinfected before arrival. I would recommend this hotel.
