I really enjoyed my stay at this charming, quirky hotel! It was central to all the sites. The property is well managed and maintained and the staff is very attentive. A friend and I stayed there in rooms facing the inner courtyard. Unfortunately the area where the hotel is located is under a massive amount of construction so it’s a bit of a war zone when you leave the hotel. The inner room was perfect under the circumstances. I loved the rooms warmth, charm and the quiet after a long day of exploring. The sauna and foot soak areas were a welcomed addition. The Mediterranean restaurant on the property was awesome. The food and drinks were delicious. The staff were all lovely and accommodating but a special thank you to Veronica at check in. She gave us some options, showed us our rooms and checked us in early which was appreciated after a very long flight from NYC. And a huge thank you to Ardrian through out our stay and at check out. He gave us lots of helpful tips, was patient and sorted out a billing mishap at check out. Munich is a lovely, charming city and this is the perfect hotel to experience it!

There is nationwide strike and they refused to rebook my room or give me a voucher. They stole my money kept and resold my room without any offer. Their excuse was a special rate. All hotels did it because of the strike and as a courtesy. Scum and appalling. They should go out of business soon.

We loved the hotel. It felt like being in a Wes Anderson movie. Everything was clean and stylish. The shower was great with nice products. The room was well equipped. I love having a lot of hooks in hotel rooms and this room had plenty. Mini bar items are included, which is a nice perk. A nice bike and a Freitag bag we’re both available to use. The location is loud, but so well connected to anywhere you want to go in Munich. My only complaint is that the room was quite warm (even with AC set as cool as possible) and the only blanket was really heavy, so that made sleeping difficult. I’d definitely go back, just maybe not during the hottest part of summer.

A funky hotel ideally located for the train station and the metro. A very comfortable bed. It also had a free although limited mini bar. All in all a good place to stay in Munich at a reasonable price. My only complaint was the breakfast was expensive and the inside bar was closed probably due to coronavirus restrictions

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more accommodating. Very clean rooms and cool design of the rooms and the hotel overall. The location is very good too. A little hard to reach currently due to the major construction site for the main station.
