Small but practical room. First day no trash bin, it appeared nex morning without notice. No drinking glasses in the room. Water flows a bit problematic in the shower, but manageble. Breakfast not on the good quality level that was present in all Munich motel one:s before covid19. However I didn't die for hunger.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are not many breakfast options but its fine for a few days. If you have some spare time in the evening you can enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar.There are a lot of drink options and the view is amazing. The only thing i didn't like is the fact that rooms have no mini fridge.

Good hotel for the price. Rooms had everything a little compact but not bad.. Working areas good on Göd floor, no evening restaurant and Sunday night hard to find a restaurant open close by. The reception could do with a restaurant list for guests. The Novotel has one as we asked there!! Good car park underneath but watch out for very tight entrance. Decor is ok but a little dark for my liking. Good Wi-fi and clean. Helpful staff.

Tastefully decorated hotel with 2 great bars. Check in staff extremely helpful. Breakfast delicious with plenty choice. View from the 11th floor was amazing. Very quiet rooms with comfy bed and great toiletries too.

We inadvertently booked a last minute trip to Munich in the middle of Oktoberfest. Hotel options were limited, especially with those in town being very expensive. We came across this Motel One and decided to book as we were only staying for a couple of nights. On arrival, check-in was quick and smooth with very friendly service. The advice we were given for travelling around on the public transport was perfect, with specific suggestions provided for the various places we were looking to visit and key routes highlighted. Our room was on the 5th floor towards the back of the hotel which was ideal. Small, but with all amenities and comfortable beds. The room was absolutely spotless too! We didn’t make use of any facilities within the hotel, but the communal areas looked good. The location of the hotel is in a business park, which at first I was a little disappointed in, however it actually worked out perfect. The tram stop is a short walk away and is great for giving you an opportunity to stop off at various places to have a look. And being out of the centre means that at night time it’s very peaceful. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby if you need a bite to eat and don’t fancy a trek into the centre. Overall, a great hotel, excellent service and good location. We’d definitely stay again if visiting Munich.…

Stayed there to attend Oktoberfest events. We booked in advance, as during Oktoberfest the price goes upper. The rooms are a bit smaller, but for the short stay it is fine. Very clean rooms, good breakfast, excellent staff. A bit far from the main city areas of Munich, however the transport and taxis are everywhere nearby.

I had great service from email info before reservation right up to check out. I was told they could watch my bags as my flight arrived at 7am, we’ll before check in, arrived and was given early check in, which was so great! Staff was helpful in everything from dining to wandering the city and what to see. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nice but I wish to make a complaint of the taxi service I received on 22/07/19 at 19:30. I asked the reception in the afternoon to book the taxi specifying it was heading to the airport. The taxi driver was 15 minutes late. The company is called KB Nord Taxi GmbH. The driver blamed the online booking system not being clear but as a customer, I booked a taxi going to the airport and the plane doesn’t wait because the taxi is late and I don’t care what in-line system it was using. Then as we approached the airport, he demanded to get paid only in cash. I only had 25Euro with me which was not enough to pay. He was driving me around from one terminal to the other to withdraw cash. I have never had any taxi driver who doesn’t accept cash in Germany and I am a frequent traveller to Germany. He blamed his credit card machine was broken but again it was not my problem. It was such a terrible experience and the driver was treating my luggage badly as he was not happy for me not having any cash. As a frequent traveller to Germany, I rarely need to use cash as cards are widely accepted. It took me in total one hour from the time the taxi was supposed to be at the hotel to the airport when in most cases it would only be 30 minutes. It was a terrible experience and I would suggest you stop using this taxi company’s service if you want your hotel guest to stay in your hotel again. I will not stay again because of the terrible taxi service ordered by reception.…

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during the BAUMA exhibition. What a surprise: I was thoroughly impressed with everything ! Modern and comfortable. I was at 6th floor and my my room was extremely silent. The only problem there was not a veritable cupboard. I tried an aperitif with ginger much appreciated, at the lounge bar located at the last floor.
