We stayed in this hostel for 2 nights /3 days. At first we received a room that wasn’t cleaned at all! The bathroom was disgusting with hairs, toilet never even cleaned and the sheets used!!! Then we hand to go from the 4 floor to the receptionist to get another room in the thought they would give us something clean and it was just a mistake. The receptionist didn’t even apologized and gave us the room next to the original one. Although this room was cleaner than the other one it still had a massive Ammoniak (pee) smell in the bathroom and hairs all over the taub and floor. We were very sad but because we only were going to sleep there and the sheets this time were clean we decide to stay and try to use restaurant bathrooms as much as we could. Wich is not ok but we only had so much time there and had a full on schedule that we didn’t want to be late to. The second day we come to the room after breakfast and our room keys don’t work, I was fuming, I only thought that they thought we were checking out and someone had been in there … we go again from the 4 floor to the receptionist almost being late to our next event and the receptionist doesn’t apologize nothing only says it happens all the time and gave us the keys back … honestly the location is good but forget this hostel and book yourself an Airbnb or something else. If I pay no matter how cheap it is or not I expect to have a cleaned room and working keys.…

We stay in a private room. Overall our stay was pleasant. The location was convenient. The room was somewhat underwhelming, but nonetheless practical and satisfactory. The included breakfast was worthwhile - nothing fancy, but it was good. Very friendly and helpful staff, but sometimes things were unclear or (for example, I didn’t give in my breakfast tokens and was still able to have breakfast). Would recommend for short stays.

Dorm rooms are clean and well maintained, just that I feel the ventilation can be improved a bit. The arrangement for the toilets and bathrooms is confusing at times and few of them dont lock. Overall the stay was comfortable.

The service was great and the staff friendly.The rooms were clean and I enjoyed the bath-tube which is for a hostel unusual and brings unexpected comfort of a four star-hotel. The television worked well and the number of channels were satisfying.I was not the first time in the hostel and it can be that you get offered a cup of coffee for free.That`s great.

Bathrooms were always dirty. I saw the cleaning lady one morning cleaning the bathrooms and she signed out the bathroom to be clean but only the showers were kinda clean. The disgusting toilet was untouched. People smoking inside the Hostel bedroom weren't kicked out and the hey card didn't work so we always had to leave the door open. Was more things happened I can't even put into words. So just a warning. Don't go there. Choose a different place to stay. Anything is better
