Opposite the central station, walking distance from main shopping centres the location is convenient. The rooms are well designed, quiet, clean and well lit. The breakfast is a wide spread of choices and satisfying. Friendly staff , good standard of hygiene, and reasonably priced.

Stayed here not so long ago. Not sure if it was caused by locals frustration at COVID rules / nightlife curfews, or something "organised" on social media, but a few rooms away from mine in the hotel was presumably going on what I can only describe as what sounded as an organised late night drunken party / onlyfans-style sex party, complete with overly dramatic sex noises of presumably rotating partners from midnight until around 2 - 3 am. You could hear the sprung-door also banging every 15 or 20 mins or so when punters presumably got what they came for and left. That's what it sounded like, anyway. Whether the punters were other guests, or walk-ins from the street, who knows. I'm no prude, and have a sex positive attitude, but guys/girls, seriously - other people are trying to sleep. If you must - keep it to daytime hours, please.

Good hotel in a very convenient location to the train station/subway. The rooms were small, but very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were an added bonus to the room. The hotel itself is a little tired in aces, but generally very good. Pity the bar was not open, but due to new CoVid restrictions in Bavaria it's quite normal these days in most EU countries to find sudden restrictions. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, well organised with plenty of variety for modt tastes and diets, in fact it's one of the best breakfasts we have enjoyed in a while, and as avid travellers we have had plenty over the years. The breakfast room was also comfortable and modern.

The hotel is very very well organized and he checkin and checkout were very smooh. The room was handed over in a very nice and clean shape equipped with luxury and all neccesary things you may need for a enjoyable stay. I have been there for a single night in September 2021 and i booked the hotel from another portal, but i write here as well as for appreciation. The most important is very nice price to stay quality rate, and very good breakfast....

We stayed at this hotel being on travel to continental Europe. At a very short notice, following a phone enquiry the receptionist Alessandro find us a comfortable room. Hotel advertised himself as covid free, breakfast due to this circumstances was just a basic continental. The restaurant looks very modern and impressive, as the picture can detail. One suggestion will be that the cutlery could be individually wrapped for an extra safe pov. Alessandro multo grazie.

They refused to honor any cancellations even though we are from a Covid restricted country and booked well before the pandemic. They still wanted us to come in and stay on their property and find a way into their country. If this is how they are operating, I’m am concerned about how seriously they are taking health and safety of the guests. They seem to prioritize quick cash over the health of their staff and other guests. Knowing this, I would not feel comfortable staying there even when things get back to normal. They seem to not take the virus seriously.

Shower leaked over the bathroom floor and into the bedroom - very dangerous for oldies. The street was very dirty with many students wandering the nearby student accommodation in the same street. Pre-booked two nights but due to changes to our schedule we booked two nights ahead of our booking. No refunds - we will have to take this up with our travel agent back in Australia to fight it out.

Dear 257bev, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the shower and we took care of it immediately. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Kind regards, Melanie Brandenburger / Guest Relation Manager

I was in room 157. It didn’t have a great view but it was quiet, and the windows opened out into a courtyard. I can’t give this hotel enough praise, staff were outstanding! Gave us umbrellas to use on rainy days, ice for our drinks, a converter for my friend who forgot to pack hers. They were knowledgeable about tours, excursions, everything! It was clean, within close walking distance to train station, restaurants, Marienplatz, Lidl. Loved it there, will definitely try to return in the future! Thanks so much for such a great experience. Tell Lukin thank you too! He’s a great employee!
