This is one of the nicest small hotels I have ever stayed in. The property is newly refurbished, beautifully designed and immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The room was quiet, and we had our own private balcony/terrace. The hosts are friendly and clearly working hard to offer a first rate hotel experience. The included breakfast featured many house-made items (the jams were especially good) and everything from the china to the breads and cheeses and yogurt offerings were of very high quality. The quiet urban residential neighborhood has many attractive amenities, including two nearby stops on the U-bahn that get you to the city center quickly. For the price we paid, this was an exceptional value.

Very nice and quiet Hotel in Munich. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They offer an excellent breakfast which was included in my rate. It is also possible to hire bikes for and acceptable price.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The room was perfectly modern with charming German appointments. Bed was super comfortable with a nice big bathroom. We were on the first floor across from the reception and we did not experience any issues with noise. Alexandra and her husband did an outstanding job each morning with coffee and breakfast! They also helped with restaurant reservations and suggestions for getting around! Highly recommend.

Last July my family stayed at im Hof. We were very impressed by the hard-working couple who owns/operates the inn. They have created an incredible environment in Munich: it's charming and pristine and welcoming all at the same time. The photos we saw before we arrived looked nice, but really one has to see it in person to get a sense of how nice the property is. As others have mentioned, the rooms and beds are very comfortable and spacious with wonderful sheets and towels; our room was immaculate. Breakfast was delight with a variety of high-quality selections graciously served by the hosts. Needless to say, we will be back.
