We arrived at the hotel after a very long drive to be greeted by a lovely man with drinks and warm towels smelling of eau de cologne. The room was clean and comfortable and I loved the decor. Breakfast was extra but well worth it. As well as the usual continental fare they had a chef cooking omelettes to order,...

I booked this hotel after some research at one of the hotel pages that are typically good for traveling on a budget. The room rate was in the lower - midrange pricing. So I came with the expectation of "Well I just need a bed for the night". The surprise was very pleasant: - Extremely friendly staff, helpful and forthcoming...

We wanted to love this hotel. and to believe our room would be four star, but our experience was otherwise. And perhaps our particular room was a big part of the disappointment, not having any idea what the other rooms are like. Our room was not in the main older part of the hotel, but in the annex. We had...

When I checked in, the receptionist greeted me politely. He explained everything very well. My room is single bed so the size is not too big. The location is good, in the morning there are fruits seller in front of the hotel with reasonable price and the fruits was sweet and delicious. From the exterior you will think this is...

The hotel is well located in a place where most tourist sits can be reached. The staff are well respectful and the hotel is clean, it is good for few days but not for long. The room we had had a slope roof which makes awkward to move around in the room and if you are not careful, you will...

I am currently on vacation in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, and am staying at the Atlas Grand Hotel on Ludwigstrasse. If you come to GaPa and want to experience some of the best service while staying in a hotel, this is the place for you. But be sure it is the Atlas on Ludwigstrasse because there are several Atlas Hotels. The lobby...

Took our adult daughters and two grandsons to Germany for a week. We flew direct from Houston to Munich. Picked up our van and drove the hour on the autobahn to Garmisch-Parkenkirchen. I had spent time once before as a US Army Captain. Garmisch is in the Bavarian Alps of southern Germany and sits in a deep valley. We picked...

This hotel is located on a charming street with a fantastic bakery right across the street. The lobby area is dark and full of heavy furniture. The staff were polite and efficient, but the rooms are around a courtyard with a pool, so you have to go outside to get to the rooms. No one at reception offered help in...

Celebrating birthday in this hotel and it was just amazing, no complaints at all...the room was just perfect, the inhouse restaurant was (even though it was very bavarian) great with good food and super barkeeper and waiter, amazing breakfast ....one guy called frank is the funniest and kindest portier we've ever met ... If there is something to complain it...

This hotel stands in the main street, it's a very quaint old town, quiet and pretty. At reception, we were greeted very professionally. We loved the rustic look of the hotel, at first. Parking was 5 euros a day in a car park at the back of the hotel, but you have to drive around the town to get there....
