I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was really nice and understanding. The room was very cute. It was like staying in my own castle room having a separate bedroom and tv room. The bathroom was great! Very spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Will definitely return to this hotel. Parking was limited and very tight too...

Many thanks for sharing your impression of our hotel and take the time to give us such kind feedback. It helps us very much. There is an large parking area in the near of the hotel, for large cars and SUV's with easy parking, and the cost is only € 3,60 for 12 Hours.

We (two couples) have stayed at Hotel Platengarten in Ansbach twice now. It is a great hotel located within walking distance of Ansbach's wonderful sights. It is also close to the train station if you are not traveling with a car. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast buffet is delicious!

Our four night stay was unfortunately not very enjoyable. We were in room 100, which is located in a separate small building in the back courtyard of the hotel. The room was well furnished but otherwise dark and uninviting. There was no view at all. The bathroom by itself was nice, however the door to the bathroom is made out...

It's a pity that you not enjoy our Hotel-room 100, because it's very favoured from our other guests, no stairs, quite to the court decorated with old carriages and roses, on the left and right to the entrance. With flat shower of natural stone, security glass door to the bathroom, natural parquet floor and a lustre. Well when you reserved...

The hotel is well situated in Ansbach, which is in itself a good location from which to explore the Romantic Road in Bavaria. The staff were friendly and helpful and there are lots of pleasing historical features to the building. Parking in the grounds is tight, but on-street parking is plentiful and cheap. To mention that there isn't much outside...

Loved our four night stay at the Platengarten in Ansbach. We arrived by train, and found the hotel was an easy 3-4 minute walk from the Ansbach station. The hotel is also just a few minutes from many Ansbach restaurants and shops so it's just a great location. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly....

My husband and I visited Ansbach, and enjoyed that the hotel was within easy walking distance of the train station as well as all of the old city.
