The hotel is easy to get to and has a small lot to park in. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was great and it was close to the Christmas Market. If no parking is available, right across the street is a large parking garage.

The old part of town is not that old. So let your imagination fill in a lot. I stayed in the Reblaus, third floor, in a suite. The Reblaus belongs to Am Rathaus, two doors to the left. That's also where the reception desk is. The Reblaus is well-decorated, brings back 18th Century Ulm. No coffee or tea in the... More

This hotel is quaint and close to Ulmer Munster. We loved walking around in the area. The view of the steeple, at night, out of our window, was outstanding! Breakfast was great and the egg covers were so quaint! The room, itself, was small, but clean and sufficient. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly, and you can see everything is decorated with love and attention to detail. The room was cute and clean. The breakfast was OK, but not great. It could greatly improve from better quality products.

Cozy little hotel, very close to city centre and cathedral (less than 5 minute walk). Rooms are renovated and comfortable, new bathroom and all the accessories. Breakfast is an assortment of the usual German breakfast (I'd say larger selection than usual), served in a very nicely German style room. Staff is very helpful and kind. No elevator, very small parking... More

First the good, the hotel interior and location was absolutely fabulous. The interior has been designed to make smart use of the available space and you feel in a fairytale. However, the fairytale ends quickly when we had difficulties reaching each other when my wife went to walk the dog. She had no possibility to enter the hotel anymore. When... More

Never ever again will I stay in this hotel. The behavior of the owner was beneath all levels of customer friendly and at certain points he was very verbally abusive. Even though the rooms were nice and the breakfast was up to standards, I felt the entire stay was downgraded by the lack of politeness.

We arrived after a long journey and arrived at the hotel. Such a helpful lady greeted us and our room was great.and again very charming. I suppose that is the word that sums up the place. Breakfast was excellent in every way.....loved the eggs and greeting of "have a good day" service fast and disciplined. The hotel is in the... More

Travelling as a family of 4 with two little ones we needed a family room. Room came with two doubles. Oddly the toilet door is glass with a cover that only covers 3/4s of it, interesting. A/c would have been welcome, opened the windows and hum of the bar below comes in. V clean. Nice fittings etc comfy bed. Fast... More
