We were late for the acommodation for 10 minutes. We called that our train was late. The owner was impolite. Then his wife came to the last floor where we lived, to say that I was closing the doors too loudly (even thou I didn't). I guess I have never met the worst service in my life. Hotel is rather...

I was worried about the so-so reviews but the room was clean, and we were glad we paid a few Euros extra for the private bathroom. It's about 3km away from the town center, but we were more interested in seeing the Mercedes Museum (about 3 km from hotel), so that wasn't a big deal. Tram stop is only steps...

Cozy little place, small town quality, the breakfast was good and at a low cost. My 15 y.o. son and I were grateful for the 2 beds on complete opposite sides of the room. It was a welcomed respite from the other "2 beds but they're squished together as 1" hotel rooms. That being said, the tv was small, old...

Simple, clean, smallish rooms in a pretty conveniant fairly quiet location of the city. Friendly service from the employee (who hardly spoke english) and includes a decent breakfast in the morning.Nice clean bathroom per floor shared between a few rooms. The trip from Trier to Stuttgart has a lot of stunning scenery and many variations in terrain which make for...

Nothing fancy but clean rooms, friendly service, standard breakfast. Location can be reached with a 10 minute tram ride from the center or Hauptbahnhof. Room was clean, staff pleasant. You can get to the hotel via walking 80% through the beautiful park. The city centre is about 20-25min on foot. We walked it in the middle of the night after having a meal and a few drinks in the city centre. It was very safe. The room is looking aged but it is compensated...

The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful, even with the slight language barrier between us. Our hotel room was very clean and so were the washrooms, which was a nice surprise for us, especially since they are shared on each floor. The beds were also very comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance from Schlossgarten and the downtown...

Decent location (u-bahn #14 in 5 min. to Central Station/Main street or 20-25 min. by walking), clean and quiet room, very clean shared bathrooms even, calm owners, non-smoking rooms, adjustable heating. Room was clean but a bit outworn and smelly, poor breakfast (for extra money), you should supply yourself with foodstuff and even water, non-comfortable beds, would recommend only if...

We arrived to this hotel on Saturday in the evening. The door was closed. We pushed button at entrance door intercom. Nice woman's voice asked us about details of our booking, then the door was opened distantly and the same woman's voice said us number of the floor and the room. Room key was in the lock. Room was simple...
