Our triple room was a good size. Very old school and dated but clean and with a huge bathroom. The location was not really close to the trains so we had to hike a bit but the hotel staff made up for it. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Out of all the hotels we stayed...

The hotel itself is not very big, the single room I was given was also very small. The toilet has a bath tub, but there is o curtain. I noticed that there was a drainage on the bathroom floor which I guess means any water that might drop onto the floor will just go though that. However, this does not...

We were looking for a handy located hotel for a brief stopover in Stuttgart and after checking availability, very late, found the Royal. It's quirky in that old European way, all good I guess, just nothing to rave about. The location is sort of handy, not as close to railway main station as I would've liked but great for shopping...

great location. walking distance to old town, shopping and restaurant. 1-2 min walk to rotebuhlplatz-stadtmitte station. 25min to stuttgart airport. (s2 or s3 train) People at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not worth $14 euro for sure. Our room was very dated and smelled because of old carpet. No shower curtain so bathroom floor got soaked....

Good location - 1 minute from S bahn and main shopping area. Staff nice - good English which was much appreciated. However, was this the same hotel as the other reviews? My room had a revolting bathroom with a big drain hole in the centre - so dark if you shut the shower curtain you'd break your neck. Also very...

The room was great - lots of space and a big bathroom with a bath. Even room for a couch. The decorating scheme left a little to be desired - bright green halls and orangey inside the rooms - but it was no big deal. Breakfast was great - lots of variety and good quality food. Excellent service from the...

We have just come back from staying at this hotel, and were really pleased with it. The location was great for both the city center, Xmas markets and the Underground. The underground was just a few 100 meters from the hotel, you could get to the airport very easily from there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar...

The hotel is just a few steps away from the S-Bahn "Stadtmitte" (citycenter). The street is quiet though. Room is big, with a sofa and a lot of space to store your things. Staff at the Reception and housekeeping friendly, fast. Breakfast was good. Design is not fancy but cosy. You might recieve a discount, if you're asking friendly.

I stayed in the hotel just before Christmas, to go to the Christmas markets in Stuttgart. The hotel's location was very good. It is only a leisurely stroll away from the markets and just one street away from the shopping area, but the surroundings were quiet and calm. The room (single) was fine, with the normal amenities. The included breakfast...

“Even though i changed my room after one night from 1st floor to the 3rd, i would not recommend this hotel for single room. Both times the rooms are at the back of the hotel which is good, more quiet than the front of the hotel. None of both rooms i had have temperature control. Single rooms were small too.”
