We stayed for one night whilst some work was being done on our apartment. We had room 22 which had a huge and very comfortable bed. The view over Le Face and Soleil was fantastic. Breakfast was a buffet and fine.

I liked this property. We had a beautiful room looking over the Alps, no snow but very picturesque. We only had one night there but totally adequate. Our room was not overly large but had a nice feel about it. Le Petit Dejeuner was plentiful and kept us going for our long motorbike ride. We had an Aussie receptionist too... More

Got to hotel and there was a mix-up with the rooms and we were asked to move after we had started to unpack. The staff were very apologetic and helpful in moving us to our new room. Our new bedroom was very small but clean. Throughout the week cleaning staff seemed very busy, our room were always clean and tidied... More

They started screaming when queueing to get in at midnight and finished as they left at 6 am. A girl kicked over a bin of bottles and then started kicking them towards the door so evidence of what a classy place it is. Avoid rooms with mountain view

Great location near the lifts. Really friendly staff, and very helpful. Rooms adequate with plenty of storage for ski gear. Lots of hot water. Some rooms only have showers, not a problem for me. They offer a reduction in a ski hire shop nearby where you can leave your stuff. Excellent breakfast buffet, quickly replenished. Cosy bar but not open... More

My 13 yo daughter and I stayed here for the first time last week. The staff in this wonderful, cosy hotel are fantastic. They bent over backwards to accommodate our room needs, always happy to help with restaurant reservations (thank you Cedric) and give advice on all aspects of being in Val. Central location is brilliant for the evenings -... More

We were booked to stay at the hotel when unfortunately I had an accident en route. The english speaking lady at reception was really helpful to my husband and immediately upgraded us to a more accessible room and gave us info re: English speaking doctors in Val D'Isere. As I then had to go to the nearest hospital, we were... More
