We had a great week, but the Lodge lacks the quality of a hotel and the cosiness of a smaller chalet. It's good for larger groups and also a good place to meet others, and also offers flexible meal times. It has a good boot room and spa area downstairs, albeit with a smallish hot tub for so many guests....

This is a review of the Ski World chalet, The Lodge not a restaurant. Good food, good location, good facilities including smart showers, steam room, jacuzzi and a boot room with heaters that work 24 hours a day. The staff are competent and likeable and are always on hand and willing to deal with any request. My only minor gripe...

We were the first guests to stay after the referb, so a few teething problems were expected, but overall a great place. Jonny and the staff were excellent, helpful and very friendly, Nick the SkiWorld Tour Guide was also very helpful. The food was great and the rooms were also very good. I would recommend a stay there.

I have just returned from a late season ski trip with Ski World and have had a wonderful time. In fact this was the second time I have stayed at The Lodge this season. The Lodge itself is well appointed and perfectly positioned. Everything from the attentiveness of the staff to the quality of the food to the cleanliness of...

We spent last week at the Lodge, and even though the staff were lovely, there were so many problems. We had the only child in the lodge that week as all other clients were adults and we were put in a room next to the back door, Room 7 so we were woken up all through the night by revellers...

Attended as part of a business conference/networking event for speakers and entrepreneurs. (I am a keynote speaker on strategy, marketing and customer service) All good - 4 star type chalet with friendly, young staff. Food was above average. great value for money. Most chalets in this price range are less than impressive. Sauna and steam room an added bonus. Location:...

On arrival at the hotel and being allocated a room, it was disappointing that the toilet did not flush and there was a little present left in the pan for us to view. The staff reacted quickly but took them over 24hrs to sort the problem out fully. All the staff at the lodge were very friendly and helpful but...

Stayed late season 12th April 2015. The hotel is nice and in a good position. The rooms are small but fine and the sauna/steam room etc is perfect. The best bit of the whole hotel is the skiworld staff. They are lovely. Very helpful, accommodating and genuinely very nice. From the rep to the kitchen staff all are a credit...

We stayed for a week with our children. Unfortunately the overall experience is just average. The property is fine but the attention to detail whether it be the food or cleanliness is more like a hostel than hotel. I did get the feeling that we were a bit of a distraction to some of the staff who were really more...
