This is good hotel in the center of the village, next to the bus station, 3 minutes to the ski lifts. From the slops it's only 200 meter what you have to walk back to the hotel. Room is nice with big bathroom and comfortable beds, from the window can see the slops and people skiing down. Basic breakfast, you... More

Just spent four nights in this comfortable, peaceful and cosy small hotel, only a few minutes' walk from the Bellevarde Olympique and Solaise Express. It's also very convenient for the village but not on the route for most late night revellers. The staff were charming, especially John, our attentive waiter. Our room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view... More

This was my second visit to this lovely hotel and I hope to make it an annual event. The food is magnificent, the staff are superb and the rooms are very comfortable. Very welcoming, great location and the dinner each night was a gourmet experience. Thank you to all at Hotel Bellier from the four crazy people from Edinburgh.

We stayed here for a week – the family run hotel and staff were very attentive. The hotel has a great location being only 3 mins walk from the main lift stations and less into the centre of town. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable (good beds) and the bathrooms very recently refurbished. Clean towels every day and they even... More

We stayed for 4 nights, and were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The owner is very helpful, and upgraded our rooms as the hotel was not busy. The breakfasts were good, with a reasonable continental buffet each morning. Rooms were clean and warm, and the service was excellent - our clothes were even folded for us when... More

To be honest, we booked at the last minute and these were the only rooms available in a very busy Val d'Isere so we arrived with some trepidation!! HOWEVER, we were very pleasantly surprised by a very welcoming, family run hotel in a perfect location (5 mins walk, even in ski boots!) set slightly back from the noisy main street.... More

I stayed in the Bellier with my girlfriend for 4 nights in March 2011. It was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are nice and clean, most with south facing balcony. All staff were keen to make our stay as nice as possible. The 5 course dinner included in the half board rate is a great deal.

Travelling with a large mixed ability group of girls every year for four years, I never expect much from ski resort hotels - it's the compromise for good skiing. However this Hotel is not a compromise, its just allround GOOD! The location is central with easy access to slopes, shops bars. My roomy & I got one of the suites... More

We loved it!!! Location is incredible, just next to the slopes, bars and restaurants.. The service is excellent and the meals too.. We are going again in 2 months and gonna stay at the same hotel, with other friends. We arrived after the check-in hour, but we were received with delicious plates at our room.. Very very good!!

Very convenient central situation just 100m behind the bus station (for buses to/from Bourg St Maurice) on the main street and some 400m from the main ski lifts to Bellevarde and Solaise, also close to all bars, shops restaurants etc. It's an unpretentious and friendly family-run 2+ star hotel, whose strong point - for anyone who likes good food -...
