We spent a week at Hotel la Savoyarde over New Year 2017, and it was a good experience overall! The reception was good and very helpful, the restaurant was excellent with friendly staff, the lounge and bar area were comfortable and inviting, and our bedroom was a reasonable size with a good bathroom. The hygiene was good, and the ski...

An accident on Day 2 of a weeklong skiing holiday meant I spent much more time in this charming, warm and exceptionally friendly hotel than I expected to. The whole team were wonderful; nothing was ever too much trouble and they saw I needed things, sometimes even before I did. Just brilliant. We have stayed in the 5-star hotels in...

This is a three star hotel but 5 star quality. Food is excellent and staff are very helpful. Great location very close to the ski lifts and the main high street. Wonderful view from balcony over the ice ring and ski slope.

Good: Was able to book fair late over holiday week which is the main reason for the location. Half-board price was reasonable. Bar and lounge area is a nice place to be. Dinner was usually good. 5 minute or so walk to gondolas. Bad: Breakfast gets old after a couple of days. Breakfast is lots of bread, yogart, fruit, and...

We've come for the third time to La Savoyarde hotel in Val d'Isere, and once again are delighted and not disappointed! It feels like home, the family who've run it since it started over 40 years ago are still here, and the food is really great, with a focus on local Savoyarde fare. Short walk to the lifts and simple...

Late season skiing, we decided to turn up with hope of accommodation for 3 nights. VERY friendly desk clerk who happened to be the owners daughter to great service from the start. Top class breakfast and superb evening meal. Waiting staff aware and attentive. Great facilities although looking for a criticism, the temperature of the ski room needs attention, we...

We spent a week's ski-ing holiday in this hotel with two other couples. The hotel is only a short distance from the slopes, perhaps 500 or 600 metres,on a road parallel to the main street. It is a similar distance to the tourist office so is well located. The boot room was excellent, and the boots were nicely warm each...
