First visit and it exceeded expectation especially on the service & food front and maybe the amount of Cote Du Rhone imbibed! Afternoon tea was a pleasure as was the offer to put back dinner to allow the watching of the end of the England...More

Ankle bruising inflicted by painful ski-boots could have brought my holiday to a sad premature end. Val’s best boot fitter was unable to satisfactorily understand and resolve the problem. So step in YSE’s boot whisperer (YSE co-founder) with 40 years of skiing and ski-boot experience!...More

Thanks Fiona, much appreciated. I have now re-looked at your website and floor plan, also contacted reservations staff about all the chalets you mentioned but found that the Moraine wasn't available yet for just us 3 as they would rather book the whole chalet initially. I had started to like it too, never mind maybe if we come with a larger party in the future. I have forwarded all information to my mum who will probably be doing the booking. Great that we have the pick of the rooms at the mo, and hopefully a flight from Manchester would make our trip easier, so will keep researching the flight side of things. Also - could you please give me the company names for the best ski schools where we will be able to mingle easily with English speakers and ideally give the best deals for this? Also is there a good spa nearby the chalet? Thanks again for your help. Em

Hi Em, That's great and Tom has told me he's spoken to you. The YSE website gives details of all the ski schools - rather than list them here it really is better if you look there because we do give extensive details about... More
We are wanting to book tomorrow could someone please help me with the below: Which room numbers face the piste? Also which of the following double rooms are the best: 22, 7, 31, 19, 28 and 10. Also which of the following single rooms are the best: 17, 16, 5 and 4 Thanks Em

Hi Em, Fiona from YSE here. All of the single rooms are suitable for one person although several do have a second bed - either another single making a twin or a double bed. However, we only sell these second beds for... More
Hi Roger (and other past guests/staff), just a quick one. I am looking to book a ski holiday ASAP with my mum and her boyfriend. So ultimately I'll be looking for a single room. Though have read that this chalet has double and twin rooms classed as single rooms? Was your room a double/twin? How was the ensuite (if you had this?), also did it feel like a traditional chalet? Is there a log fire as can't see one on the pics and kind of have an idea of this as part of the chalet feel. Thanks Em
