We had the best stay. Nicholas and his team, especially Carla in the bar, were supremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was charming. Large clean airy rooms with a modern yet traditional feel. Great location on the piste and a short walk to the town centre. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough and all at the...

We were a group of 8 on our annual skiing holiday. This year we chose Val d'Isere. I booked the Hotel Altitude and we were not disappointed. The rooms are comfortable, have a good and varied breakfast and a good variation of evening meals (we were on a half board basis). The only negative I can give to this hotel...

I led a group of 28 senior skiers from the US. We found the location to be unbeatable - just steps to all the main lifts, buses, ski rental shops, town center and the wonderful Aquasportif Center. Yet, away from the noise & crowds of being in the midst of town center. The food & service was very good and...

The staff was outstanding. The hotel building is quite attactive with well done appointments and well maintained. The location of the building could not be better. I am a skier so a location like the Altitude's is perfect. Right next to the lift at the bottom of the mountain.

They took exorbitant money for the second person for the room we bought. They wanted $ 730 for 6 days for the second person. Everything is bad except the hotel's localization. I will never choose this hotel again.

This is as ski in-ski out as you can get in Val d'Isere. Easy access to Telepherique d'Olympic and Telecabine da Solaice. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet with juices, cereals, yogurts, boiled eggs, meats, fresh fruit compote as well as individual fruits, breads. Dinner was four courses with a choice for first course...

This charming hotel provided the perfect base in Val d'isere for my family. It has a great location - ski in/ski out and easy walking to aquatic center, apre ski and restaurants. The guest rooms are comfortable and spacious with bathrooms (bath and shower) and verandahs boasting beautiful views of the mountains. The highlight was the hands on approach by...

We had a lovely holiday - just what we needed. A friendly hotel, comfortable beds and plenty of snow for the ski in ski out. We chose not to have dinner in the hotel so were able to explore the town and it's many options, but the breakfasts were good (although the children were keen to have the 'hot' option...

We stayed as a group in this hotel and had a lovely time. The hotel is right near all the ski lifts to get to the main ski area, the staff, especially the wonderful owner, could not be more friendly or helpful. The hotel is cozy and warm and we had a terrific time.
