My mother and I had two dinners and spent one night at Flocons de Sel during our trip to Megeve. The hotel was very cozy and intimate and the chef and hostess Renaut were very hospitable and attentive. The three hour meals at the gastronomic restaurant were wonderful, with the lamb, arctic charr, and soufflé dishes among the most memorable, and when coupled with generous wine pairing and hospitable and attentive services, as well as the great view out to the snowing Rhone Alpes was simply too beautiful, and hard to beat. As for the hotel, it is a modern chalet that offers a great view out from the terrace, and had a wood-burning fireplace in the room. The hotel also had a heated floor, which was a first in Europe for me. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were also well situated in a picturesque setting. and might I add I had one of the most beautifully cooked omelette I had in years during a simple but very delicious breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and looking forward to another opportunity to come back. thank you.

Firstly, thank you to Kristine, Emmanuel and Gwen for making our 6 days at Flocon beyond compare. If you are looking for amazing hospitality without the pretense, there's probably no better place than Flocons. It's small and private but the Spa, service excellence and epicurean kitchen mean you never feel like there's a lack of amenities. It's location is a mile or two out of Megeve, but the Range Rover courtesy car is always available to take you in or out of town. We stayed in the Mazots which felt like living in your own private Alpine chalet with spectacular views down to Megeve. Everything is designed to blend into the environment. Many special moments, for example we bumped into Emmanuel one day who suggested he 'cooks something for us in the kitchen...nothing special' We ended up at the Chef's Table in his Michelin 3 star restaurant with him serving us a range of dishes including the best souffle we've ever tasted!

Everything I was looking for in our mountain retreat. We were upgraded to a mini chalet - perfect for enjoying wine and cheese in the afternoon and star gazing at night. top class rustic luxury experience. Restaurant was closed during our 2 night stay but room service and flocons village gave us a sense of the 3 star quality of the cooking.

I am extremely upset that we booked this properly and upon receiving booking confirmation paid money to change flights and accommodation in order to stay at the property and was then told that i had been overbooked and I could only stay in an alternative accommodation 5 km away and not at the hotel. I then has to re book flights and accommodation back to New York and the UK at significant expense. As a regular customer of the brand i am extremely disappointed with this experience.

This is a delightful place in stunning surroundings. Impeccable service at the well-appointed and comfortable hotel. The Eggs Benedict at breakfast were by some margin the best I have ever had. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open and the only gripe was the service at the bistro in town where the service was disappointing: unfriendly and very slow (3 hours is a long time in a bistro with eternal waits between finishing each course and being attended to). The food was superb but as we were having a belated intimate meal to celebrate my daughter’s 18th it was not as memorable as hoped. The spa treatments at the hotel are excellent and we greatly enjoyed the Nordic Bath. The rooms are very comfortable indeed and we much appreciated the small touches on arrival as well as the consistently outstanding service from the staff at the hotel.

The restaurant was one of the best 3 star Michelin restaurants we have eaten at, with some fantastic dishes - pike mousse stays in the mind especially. The vibe is a ski lodge, with open fire etc. The owners - chef and wife - and staff were attentive and engaging. The room had a large bath and shower and very comfortable bed. A great stay

The staff is extremely friendly and Emmanuel and Kristine Renaut always make us feel at home. The food is excellent And we wish to come to back to taste again spring Summer and Autumn.
Our room was great with a spectacular view of the valley. Staffs are kind and helpful.

Superb!!!! Food, service, absolutely amazing! Wish to come back as soon as possible. Worthwhile to come back even in the summer. The Chef metrise everything and the food is better than in any other 3 Michelin star restaurant. On of the few Chef who really merite 3 stars and even more!!!! No words can describe his cuisine and plats. Must must go!

Malheureusement non. Il est situé sur les hauteurs de Megeve mais il n'y a pas de pistes qui passent devant.
Néanmoins je pense que l'hôtel dispose de navettes.
