We rented a 4 pers apprt hotel for my husband my baby and my toddler. We stayed 1 night instead of 2 and i was happy about that. The place was really dirty, something unacceptable. And the equipment was old which is not obvious on the pictures as few elements of deco look actually nice. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable (out of 5 apparthotels. we tried this summer definitely the worse). Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, but even less to family with young kids

Dear S. Garry, Please accept our apologies if the apartment was not cleaned properly. It is indeed unacceptable. We have forwarded your comment to the appropriate services and the residence's team will be briefed again on our sanitary and cleaning protocols. Regarding the equipment, you were in a renovated apartment so everything but the kitchen and the closet doors was renovated just like in the apartment shown in th epictures. We're taking note that you found the pictures did not show this aspect well enough. The sofa bed should have been comfortable since it was renewed; we're going to check if there is any issue with it. We wish you and your family a beautiful day. Kind regards, Emma, service Qualité

Ended up booking this place last minute just before Christmas thinking that it would be better than the chains around well please don’t do the same mistake! We were welcomed at 10pm with an extremely lengthy check in, a room with dust, hair and cold cigarette smell (convinced that they didn’t do any COVID sanitisation). When we woke up at 6am after a really bad night the only thing we were looking forward to was a nice breakfast but no they just forgot to add us on the list even though we did pay for it and didn’t want to give us any breakfast. I am still waiting for my refund! Worst experience ever - not mentioning the unprofessional behaviour at the front desk (the person was a young adult in joggers and a wool hat?!?) who told us off for not being happy about the service while being 7 month pregnant.

It is cheap and value for money that is near the station (5-10 mins) walk away. There is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals if you do not want to dine out. There is a supermarket which is less than 5 minutes away where you can buy groceries. All in all, it is great for a night stay to catch a morning train at Part-Dieu.

We stayed for 14 nights in this hotel. The management of this hotel is excellent and one can see the results: the staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and all worked perfect. The price was very ok.Lyon is a beautiful town and you need minimum a week to explore it. From Lyon, you can visit Grenoble, Geneve and Annecy in one day trips each, by train (the Train Station is situated at few hundreds meters). We'll return sure to this hotel in our next trip in France.

I stayed for one night in room no. 305. I believe that it is a standard room with a kitchenette for one-two persons. It is not a brand new hotel, but everything what should and expected to be offered in a three stars’ hotel was perfect: size of and cleanliness in the room itself and in the bathroom, available facilities, including well functioning fridge, microwave, room lighting, safety box, modest but sufficient breakfast. For those who are planning to stay longer and to use kitchenette facilities it is worth to take note that a good supermarket Auchan is just at distance of something like 500 meters from the hotel. It is open until 20:30. There is a very small outer wardrobe in the room (for two persons) and week WiFi (problem which is come for other three stars hotels in Lyon)
