Having used Trip Advisor for research we were quite happy with our choice. We picked the b+b first then went with Neilsons for the package to ensure transfere etc. The first impression was wonderful and it stayed the same for the duration of the holiday. The room was clean, modern with a fab view of the mountains. The bed was very...

La Seizena is about 5 years old but still looks and feels brand new. The decor is very stylish and fashionable, with wood, brushed aluminum and wool features. The photos on the hotel's website are accurate, an uncommon feature. The hotel has only 20 rooms, including family rooms (more on this later). It is located directly across the street from...

I used this hotel to bring my partner skiing for the first time; it was everything it was promised to be. A room with a view looking down the valley with the lights of Courchevel 1550 twinkling in the night. Everything was in its vicinity and 1650 has a great balance between stylish and authentic cuisine. On the same street,...

After staying in 1850 a couple of years ago, we decided to give 1650 a try this year as we found 1850 not only ridiculously expensive but also the town felt like it lacked a 'heart' - everything was behind closed doors although I have to say the restaurants were fantastic and ski-ing great, hence the reason we wanted to...

we stayed at seizena at new year. overall the experience was excellent. the front of house staff were very efficient and the room was very spacious and cozy. the boot room right on the street makes the whole experience of getting kitted out for the day less of a hassle (although at peak times could become a little chaotic!). The...

The Seizena is a small friendly hotel set in Courchevel 1650. The interior is extremely, chic, modern and stylish but still retains a typically French ski hotel exterior. The main gondola to the slopes is directly opposite the hotel and a courtesy shuttle bus runs every 10-15 minutes taking you to Courchevel 1850. A locker room with heated boot warmer...

Le Seizena is a smart contemporary boutique style hotel in the centre of Courchevel 1650. Quite pricey but quality of rooms is very good for a ski resort and the hotel is located two minutes from the main ski lift. Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and generally good...

Stayed for 4 days in March 07. The hotel is absolutely superb. All the experience (from booking on line to taking a shower on the last day before leaving) was fantastic. The whole staff is very professional and has been full of attention to us. The facilities are great and the food is good. The restaurant is very well priced...

Stayed here in Jan 2006. Really unique decor, nicely kept. Our room was very stylish but pretty small (I was aware of this when booking and received a decent discount). Lovely big kingsize bed with trendy headboard and nice cushions. Plenty of storage. Fantastic view over the valley. I imagine the village view side of the hotel would be noisy...

La Seizena is a new boutique hotel in 1650 owned by the same people as the Kilimandjaro in 1850. The hotel has a 30's aviation theme (why not?) but has all mod-cons in the rooms that are needed : excellent fixtures and fittings, clever design touches and fabulous views down the valley (avoid the front rooms). Little things let them...
