We'd never seen this ski resort in summer so decided to pop by. The hotel itself is lovely and served a good breakfast, we didn't try the other meals but they looked fairly priced. The room was well sized and had a small balcony with a view of the lake (excellent!). The only downside is that in the summer most...

We loved the location of Mercure Courchevel - only 15 minutes walk from the village but a very secluded position right at a lakes edge. The hotel is dog friendly and offers a late check out - which is a perfect option when skiing on the day of a checkout. Breakfast was basic and not very impressive - I wish...

Whilst the 1850 town seems to have become all Bulgari, oligarchs and 10 euro coffees, the Mercure Courchevel is a good value hotel. The room, facilities and half board breakfast/supper buffets are all in line with the 3 star pricing which is fine if your focus is doing stuff. Virtually ski in/out, 2 mins of ski carry to Jardin Alpin...

We stayed here during February half term and arrived to a very warm welcome from the reception staff. Our room wasn't actually ready, but we were offered drinks and they offered to look after our luggage which was welcome after a long journey from Grenoble airport (half term traffic!). Throughout our stay we found all the staff extremely courteous, warm...

We have just stayed in this charming hotel in Courchevel, it represents good value in this expensive resort. Rooms are very spacious and clean providing you with all the basics and no frills. The staff were charming, the location excellent for skiing but no other amenities you have to go down in the gondola to the main town. Car parking...

I have to say the location of this hotel is superb. You can hit the slopes straight away and that I liked very much. Hotel was very busy, our room was on the 4th floor, and most of the time I was using the stairs because lifts were to slow and to busy.. but it is not a big deal...

Dear Andrius, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Hotel Mercure Courchevel 1850. The hotel needs renovations and we study seriously a project. For the moment we maintain it carefully and as you confess: our rooms are very clean. During the French holydays, we can receive a lot of people. And the free...

Mercure Courchevel is perfectly located for ski in ski out with an exceptional view of the mountains. It is cosy but the rooms are tired, though clean. Issues included the wifi which switched off when you weren't using it requiring a tedious log in process. The TV had one English channel, BBC which had it's volume governed at a lower...
