After a number of visits to l'eden with a variety of owners and experience this year has to be the best. Absolutely back to the hotel we know and love - see you next year definitely. Great new owners and really helpful staff. All you need after a day on the slopes.

Good hotel, nice quiet location, but with easy access to everything. Very welcoming hosts and staff that always go the extra mile to make your trip an enjoyable one. Things I remember We were offered late checkout. The hotel know or can guess your every wish. The train is less stressful than the bus. There is no room with a...

When we arrived the hotel was as we were expecting it to be, basic but comfortable. The restaurant and bar have recently been refurbished and have a nice look to it, but lacks any atmosphere, as not many people seem to use it. Maybe that might be due to the way that the chef and management speak to people. During...

Hi Girls & thanks for your comment it's always good to get feed back. It's unfair to say I was rude when I asked politely at 17h when you returned from skiing if you could pay before 18h as I had to leave to get my dog who was alone from 9h. You came down after 18h30 and we settled...

This is a 2* touring hotel. It's not the Ritz. But rooms are warm and comfortable, bathrooms are lovely and have masses of hot water (crucial for skiers). It's conveniently close to the main road to the pistes with easy parking. The food is superb and the public rooms are gorgeous. Most of all, the staff are super-friendly and made...

Arrived on a dark wet evening without a booking. Received a very friendly welcome and was given a large room with a small balcony and fantastic view of Mont Blanc. Les Praz is in a great location which is close enough to walk in to Chamonix but quiet and out of the melee. Good starting poiiunt for lots of walks....

This was my first and last stop on the Tour Du Mont Blanc and I could not have picked a better place to begin and end my journey. The manager was warm and welcoming and the room was lovely. Also the restaurant was excellent !

This was an enjoyable stay, but not perfect. The room was clean and comfortable with a view of Mont Blanc. This must be one of the world's best views from a hotel room. The hotel decor seemed to be in the process of improvement, some walls were simply plastered and need painting in bright colours to do them justice. There...

My husband stayed at Hotel Eden while he was climbing Mont Blanc and I flew over to surprise him. I decided to stay at Hotel Eden because it was where he was and I thought this would be the easiest option. I contacted the hotel and explained what I was doing and they couldn't do enough for me. All my...

This is NOT a luxury property. Our room reminded me of a clean hostel with 2 twin beds (I forgot how small a twin is), bathroom, shower and closet. But the public spaces are super nice and we didn't spend much time in the actual room. Very clean but dorm-like room for sure. Breakfast was a bit "light" for my...
