We stayed here for a long (and very wet!) weekend in September. We had pre booked online prior to arrival however this was not necessary due to it being low season. The couple that run the campsite are extremely friendly and welcoming and spoke perfect English. The pitches are separated by hedges adding an extra level of privacy. The pitches...

Stayed here for a few days in Oct 16, great facilities, super friendly staff, nice location and amazing value for money. Included in the price is a free bus pass to use in the valley, the campsite has free WIFI and warm showers! I know where i am camping again when i come to the Chamonix valley!

Theo and Fabienne couldn't have been more helpful to us at this lovely campsite. Views from the pitches are fabulous, nightly food van was very welcome. Disabled facilities were very good and everything was spotless. I hope we get the chance to go there again.

I stumbled upon this site but I am glad that I did. Excellent value especially if you are a single camper. The wifi at the site worked well and was free. Probably not really the site for you if you have children otherwise it Is certainly worth a visit,

Beautifully located, super-friendly staff, very flexible. Great camping spaces in a forest with awesome views to Mt. Blanc and surrounding mountains. Clean! And very close to Chamonix. Yes, there is helicopter noise from time to time. Great place to start hiking up to Mer de Glace.

This is a beautiful campsite set in the woods below the Mer de Glace. We had a lovely shady pitch and the staff felt like hosts. Very willing to chat and give you the heads up - they love their jobs. The campsite center is almost like a mini traditional ski resort - lovely alpine mini chalets with everything you...

This is a clever campsite, carefully balancing the need to cram in a lot of campers, with the desire to keep things natural and in-keeping with the wonderful, wild surroundings. Pitches are small, which would be my only complaint. But this is inevitable given the demand for a place. Most pitches are bare earth or gravel, so rock pegs are...

Amazing views. Very clean facilities. Great location with cycle paths by river just behind site. Visiting food van every night. Great pizzeria within walking distance. People who run site are very helpful. Arrived early in morning as I was concerned they didn't take bookings but got a pitch no problem. Got a pitch for a family tent with electric hook...

Need I say anymore. It's so good I'm not going to tell anyone about it. It's our little secret. Seriously though. Exceptional location. Great spacious facilities. Spotlessly clean. Not a piece of litter or cigarette butt anywhere. Peaceful. Mellow. Awesome. Loved it!! And they also rent out re useable ice packs to keep your beer cold!
