This property is well located on a river in walking distance of the center with its own parking lot, and the restaurant looked attractive, altho we didn't sample it. It was clean, and is a rare budget property in pricey Vence. But it so needs a facelift; there was no fan despite the heat; and the room and bathroom were...

Possibly the only reason you're checking out this hotel is because it's the only 2 star hotel in the town, the location is good or you're due to stay here on a self guided walking trip. I play golf, and I eat. The Lubiane is a small hotel, 14 rooms, 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The restaurant is closed this season but Vence is overequipped with restaurants.
