Gilles was so welcoming and helpful. Our baggage was delayed and he saw to it that it was in our rooms when it arrived. He even sold us a bottle of his own wine since all stores were closed for a holiday! Our triple rooms were spacious with very good beds. Excellent base for visits to St. Paul de Vence...

Beautiful location surrounded by green fields and gardens! The silence is total :) Rooms are clean and quite big equipped with all the necessary (boiler, fridge, etc.)! The only "not positive" thing is that Wi fi is not so powerful... Prices are less lower than other hotels in town!

Our stay at Les Bastides was a great pleasure: consider we extended it one day more than booked. Plus: - service: Joe, Gilles and Pascal are kind and efficient - room: clean and spacious (we booked a triple) with tea/coffee facilities - breakfast: continental buffet on the little terrace in front of main entrance. High quality food, especially marmalades &...

This small, quiet hotel is located right off a main road between Cagnes and Vence. It is a hidden jewel. The rooms are big with lovely terraces or balconies. The pool is lovely and clean as are the rooms. There is always tea and coffee in the rooms with a teakettle and a fridge for keeping cold drinks and milk....

We, a family of 4, stayed here for 2 nights. It is a good base to visit St Paul de Vence, but you will need a car to get around. The hotel does a good breakfast but you will need to drive to one of the nearby towns for other meals, Haut de Cagne is recommended for dinner, only 5...

Stayed here for 1 night with my boyfriend as part of our self-drive holiday around the Côte d'Azur. We stayed in budget hotels and this was by far our favourite one. Although it is set off the main road and is about a 10 min drive to the village of St Paul de Vence, the hotel is a lovely setting...

Simple, clean and friendly. Tricky entrance coming from Cagnes sur mer. There us a left turn a few hundred yards past where you can u- turn and try again. It's a few minute drive to the village. Ordinary rooms but comfortable. Good continental self serve breakfast and very helpful staff.

We stayed at Les Bastides de St. Paul for 8 nights. There were 4 of us & we had 2 rooms. The rooms were clean & nicely appointed. Of course, we were only in the rooms to sleep. The bathrooms had been updated & we were thrilled to have a double-sink. Breakfast was an additional cost, but there was juice,...

When we eventually found this place we were pleasantly greeted and taken to our lovely room which was away from the reception, it had a balcony overlooking the pool on the second floor (only two stories high) everything was good about it. The breakfast was buffet style with a good selection. Ideal position to visit the hilltop ancient village of...

Stayed here for one night and the room is very spacious and staff are friendly. There is an outdoor pool. Our room is on the second floor and the view is magnificent. The hotel is located 10 minutes away from the old city. Most importantly, the bed is very comfy.
