Stayed for 2 nights here. The hostel offered pasta and wine for €3 which was amazing value for what you got, and there was a champagne party for free as well which was great for meeting fellow travellers. Good location near the train station and walking distance to the beach. Good air con in the rooms, comfy beds and cages...

Great location for backpackers getting off the train - nice beach is very pebbly so we caught a train to Cannes and Monaco everyday - highly recommend. We were in an 8 bed mixed dorm and the beds were ok - provided with a sheet and towel. The bathroom wasn't very clean and very limited space in the actual room....

Pros: I have a hard time leaving a negative review because the girl at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Definitely one of the nicest I've ever encountered and I've been to a lot of hostels. She helped us figure out what to do in Nice and we also rented vespas to Monaco through her suggestion. AC in...

Great location near the station and a leisurely stroll down Ave Jean Medecin to the beach. The room was comfortable with a balcony and really good aircon. There was wifi on each floor but no matter how hard I tried I could not get the password for the 3rd floor to work which was frustrating. The staff were pleasant and...

was travelling around europe interrailing and can honestly say this was the worst hostel place I have ever stayed in in my life, spent 20 euro to stay in a place I wouldnt let a dog stay in. Water was leaking from the fridge covering the plug sockets and there were ants all over the floor! To be fair the...

This is the worst hostel we have stayed at during our time in Europe. I have never written a review before, but felt the needto warn others. My bed sheets had fresh blood stains all over it, brightly visible as we entered our private dorm. The new sheets they provided us had more blood! My friends' sheets had brown stains...

I stayed there for four days. Lovely place. Accommodation is clean and tidy. Beautiful Swedish blonde girl (Nicole) is amazing. Loved her. Above all great place to stay but little far from city centre.

We made a road trip in France and we were in 20 different hotels and hostels. The Hostel Baccarat was by far the worst hostel: 1. It was dirty 2. Champagne Partys is a good idea but glass with champagne was not washed before handing over to the next guest - this is disgusting 3. We forgot some items in...

Stayed here for three nights in July. It's an average hostel and could be doing with little improvements here and there. Slightly dated in places and there are many areas screaming out for improvements, in particular- with the cleaning that takes place....or lack of! My opinion was slightly dented by some 'younger' girls (one of them) taking her boyfriend back...

I did not find the staff friendly whatsoever with the exception of one girl who was wonderful. My room was really smelly (of mould from the bathroom) and I kept on finding long black hairs in my towels (I'm blonde...). The air conditioning was working perfectly and the bed was really comfy. Half the time the elevator wasn't working and...
