This hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's located approx a 10 min walk from the promenade and is in a lovely quiet location. The rooms are so boutique and very comfortable. There is a lift which is just so unique in an old fashioned way but modernised. The staff are extremely friendly. Amazing hotel and would highly recommend it.

It's not imposing from the outside, but inside this hotel has all that you need: clean, comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. The prices are extremely reasonable, in spite of the convenient location: the train station is a five minute walk up the road, Place Masséna a relaxed ten minute walk down it, and just a few minutes beyond that...

Hotel Aria is a hidden gem in a great location in Nice. Only downside is that the walls are paper thin and will have you hear everything your neighbors do. Staff is very friendly. Ask for the 4th floor rooms facing the park and you'll have a nice view.

We stayed at the Aria three different times during our visit to France in September. Each time we had a very pleasant stay - clean rooms, very friendly staff, good location, very affordable. Though breakfast wasn't included in the room rate, it was well worth the extra money.

I stayed in Nice over the mid-term and was lucky enough to stumble upon the Aria Hotel. It is located on a small quiet square 5 min from the centre of Nice . Next door is a fantastic little restaurant L'Antica . In both establishments I was blown away by the kindness and attention of the staff. I could not...

Great boutique hotel - loved the lift - Like something out of an Agatha Christie film! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location and room had a balcony overlooking a garden square which was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the price was right!

Hotel looks very nice and is situated close (enough) to the centre. The host was from England so there were no language barriers. I could store my (big) bike suitcase in the hotel for the two days I spend in the mountains. Regular price per night is a bit high at >€ 100, but I am not aware of the...

If you want a place to stay in Nice that escapes the bustle of the main tourist areas in Vieux Nice or the avenues on the seafront but is an easy walk to them for the pleasures of dining and sitting by the sea then the Hotel Aria is the perfect hotel for you. Facing a square, lush with big...

Hotel is an excellent location - on a quiet street between the railway station and the promenade. This is probably the campest hotel I have stayed in, my room was a bit pink, including the chairs. Lift holds one person and looks like it's from the 1930s. Internet was so slow I turned it off and used the mobile phone...

Nice Hotel and very near the train station and easy walking distance to the town centre and the promenade. The staff very nice and helpful. The bedroom was very nice and had air conditioning, clean and tidy, always left a lollipop on the pillow every night. Hotel was exactly what we needed and was lovely.
